AsDowntownTemplecontinuestogrow,effortstoexpandparkingare underway!Thenewparkingdevelopmentswillsupportaconvenient anddynamicDowntownexperienceforresidentsandvisitors.Thisnew parkinggaragewillcontainapproximately415parkingspacesand additionalretailareastoaccommodategrowthinthesurrounding Downtownareas.Pedestrianmovementbetweenlevelsis accommodatedbyanelevatorandanopenstaircase.Thegrand revealisexpectedinthelastquarterof2023aswewaitforthe6thSt. transformationtobecomplete.1stStreetParkingGarageisexpected toopeninOctober2023.
