HAPPENINGS at the Pier
There’s always something happening at the Pier, from pop-up events and educational lectures to ongoing local music performances and art displays.
Thanks to local fitness studios hosting yoga sessions, free Pilates, boot camp, and Latin dance classes, anybody and everybody can stay in shape at the St. Pete Pier. The Body Electric presents Sunset Yoga every first Wednesday evening. Burg Fitness often sponsors a Get Fit St. Pete Bootcamp Workout. There’s even something called The Pier Flow Jam hosted by Hoola Monsters that “invites props, but no fire”—definitely a must-see if participation seems daunting! All are free or ask for a nominal donation, such as the popular nighttime Yoga Beats session under the Bending Arc.
Community festivals and holiday celebrations happen throughout the year, weather permitting. Visit StPetePier. org/events/ for an updated list of events, tickets and other information.
