The production process has evolved to optimise each step, from sourcing high-quality yarns to refining the dyeing process. However, the handcrafted nature of our carpets remains unchanged. The true art of our carpets lies in the skilled craftsmanship of our team, who painstakingly create each piece by hand. How do you ensure the highest quality in your carpets? We work with trusted suppliers who provide the finest materials, such as silk and New Zealand wool, ensuring consistent quality over decades. We are not driven by quick deals or lower prices but by long-term relationships and a shared commitment to excellence. How do you balance innovation with tradition in your craftsmanship? We embrace innovation that enhances our handcrafted process without compromising the quality or spirit of traditional craftsmanship. Our focus is on maintaining the highest standards while remaining open to new ideas that can improve the final product. What makes designing for yachts different from designing for private residences? Designing for yachts presents unique challenges, especially with tight timelines and limited space. While both environments require careful consideration, yacht projects often involve coordinating with many teams working on smaller, more intricate areas. The design process is similar, but the logistics and installation can be more complex. How do you create a personalised experience for your clients? Being a family-run business, we are deeply involved in every project. My wife, daughter, and son-inlaw all contribute to the process, ensuring a hands-on, personalised experience. We take great pride in building long-lasting relationships with our clients, focusing on their unique needs and delivering bespoke carpets tailored to their projects. 78
