Buccellati opened his first store in Milan near the La Scala Theatre. Over the ensuing century the essence of the Buccellati style and creative skills have been handed down from father to son, from Mario to four of his five sons, including Gianmaria, the driving force behind the brand. In 1966 Gianmaria took over the management and creative development of the company with his brother Luca, sharing the vision of transforming Buccellati into a worldwide jewellery powerhouse. Gianmaria was accompanied by his son Andrea, who has inherited his father’s artistic talents and is now the Honorary President and Creative Director of the Buccellati Group, supported by his daughter Lucrezia.
