t’s possible to be sustainable while keeping fit, too. Owners with an awareness of the importance of on-board materials can now create a gym with equipment made of wood and

Dominik Kuprecht, founder and CEO of WaterRower, has been making this type of product since 2010 with his NOHrD brand, repeating the success of the WaterRower machines designed in 1988 by John Duke, a rower in the American team, which replicate the physical dynamics of real-life rowing. Now the WaterRower range of fitness equipment is joined

by WallBars, SlimBeam, TriaTrainer, Swing Bell, NOHrDWall, WaterGrinder and NOHrDBike. In 2019 WaterRower/NOHrD acquired Sprintbok and this non-motorised treadmill takes its official place in the already wide range of equipment offered.

Ecologically sound, it requires no electricity to power it, and its users can set their own rhythm. A screen is equipped with the integrated Sprintbok App. They are much more than simply pieces of sports equipment - artisan-made in Nordhorn, Germany using wood from ecosustainable forests in Germany, they embody all the qualities of functionality, design and sustainable production. These refined sports instruments are made using natural materials that perfectly complement all types of interior concepts.

The company provides Home packages and Home Fitness solutions. It also possible to create personalised fitness sessions using MyNOHrD.com, which offers more than 300 video exercises on NOHrD and WaterRower equipment.
