Plataran Indonesia is committed to the health and wellness of our guests. We’re also devoted to preserving the natural wonders of Indonesia and showcasing the great outdoors. That’s why we’ve combined these two central features of the brand together; creating a range of packages and sporting activities that reconnect our guests with nature, while also helping them stay fit and make friends with the Earth.

To support the new tourism minister’s revival project, we’re all set to launch Tour de Indonesian Icon; a comprehensive new sports tourism package, which combines luxury accommodation with great sports entertainment activities that takes athletes to Jakarta, Borobudur, Bromo, Bali and Komodo, on a grand and iconic tour of Indonesia.

Another fantastic way to explore Indonesia is our Adopt a Tree Virtual Ride program. From February 18 through March 7, guests can donate trees to an endemic planting scheme by completing a series of bike rides around Plataran resorts nationwide. Participants can register online, then cycle to checkpoints situated around our properties in Jakarta, Bromo, Magelang, Bali and Komodo, tracking their progress en route via a special app.

For every 100km cycled, we will plant one tree in West Bali National Park, meaning Plataran guests can simultaneously take care of their health and the health of the planet! With rewards and special prizes to be won, this program is a fun way to get fit, while also getting outdoors and celebrating the natural beauty of Indonesia.
