Dear special guests, friends and supporters,

Time fl ies so fast in Plataran, with the launching of various new projects, encounters/programs and other activities in the months of January and February, and more upcoming new projects in the following months ahead.

In early January, our Plataran Komodo Resort and Private Cruise hosted their special guests, the President and First Lady of the Republic of Indonesia, to stay and sail with Plataran. This was followed by a limited cabinet meeting at our homey and intimate Xanadu Beachfront Restaurant.

The place to be in Jakarta, Pidari Lounge and Langit Senayan Roof Top - both located in the area of Hutan Kota By Plataran, Senayan, offi cially opened their doors and immediately obtained very positive response from their cosmopolitan target market. Coincidentally, the Plataran Pet Playground and our Half Cage Basketball Court were also offi cially launched and is now packed with basketball and dog lovers and VIDs (Very Important Dogs).

Another important event was the offi cial inauguration of Plataran Senayan’s Musholla An-Nur by Mr. Jusuf Kalla, the former Vice President and currently the Chairman of the Indonesian Mosque Council, which refl ects the two pillars of Plataran in love God and Family.

In the coming months, aside from having our regular well-known exotic programs, we will also offi cially launch the Indonesian Incorporated Tourism Joint Eff orts initiated by Plataran and participated by top line Indonesian private and state-owned companies in response to Covid-19. This initiative is intended to focus and capitalize on the positive rather than the negative eff ects of Covid-19 to the Indonesian tourism industry given that Indonesia remains one of the few countries in the Asian region who is currently free of Covid-19 . This program is participated in by Plataran representing the Hotel & Resort player, BNI and BCA as state-owned and private banks, Garuda Indonesia Airways, Yayasan Puteri Indonesia and endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. By having this program so called “Eksotisme Indonesiaku” the market will get various unprecedented benefi ts such as one board package, air fare special discounts, top-up special programs, installment payment with zero percent interest, loyalty programs and lucky draws. The program is expected to have snow-balling eff ect to all direct and indirect players in the tourism industry and the government to work and act positively as Indonesian Incorporated.

We are also looking forward to the opening in March of stage two of Mata Langit by Plataran, a new successful destination that we launched last December. Following up on the successful fi rst stage launching, our stage two launching will include the operation of “above the clouds infi nity pool” overlooking the 6 mountains, Progo River and the majestic Borobudur Temple, which is suitable for wedding and other special events.

In addition to many festivities, including the hosting the annual wedding showcase, we will also celebrate Easter and prepare for the start of the Holy Ramadhan Month with our well-known fasting break menus.
