For ultimate crack resistance

PE100 HSCR RESIN

SIMONA injection moulded spigot fittings are now made of PE100 HSCR (High Stress Crack Resistant)

Benefits of PE100 HSCR:

PE100 HSCR is a PE100 material which offers up to ten times higher resistance to slow crack growth than regular PE100. This is particularly important where the pipe is prone to damage during installation. It has the same pressure burst strength of conventional PE100 pipe but is specially formulated for use in critical or high-value pipeline assets where the risk of premature failure from slow crack growth is possible.

RC resins are listed in PIPA POP016 guideline.

Produces a durable, hard-wearing pipeline Extends the service life of the entire piping system Enables cost-saving installation methods Maximum operational reliability
