International (AMI) to various Australian Standards and hold ISO Type 5 and WaterMark certifications where applicable.

Standards are only the starting point. All standards are the minimum requirement; Plasson in all cases exceeds minimum requirements.

Quality is the keyword in all Plasson processes, from design through manufacture, assembly, packaging, distribution, and delivery. Raw materials are painstakingly chosen to ensure that only the best and most appropriate virgin plastic is used for each new product.

Top-quality precision moulds and the latest injection moulding machines contribute to the excellence of Plasson. Quality control is rigorous at every stage of the process, from testing during production to careful examination of the final product.

Plasson’s design department uses a sophisticated CAD system, directly connected to the CAM system in the mould production department. Computerised simulations of extreme working conditions are set up to analyse the performance of new products.

Stringent testing is carried out in Plasson’s laboratories, which are fully equipped with state-of-the-art measuring equipment, materials testing devices, and mechanical and hydraulic testing machines.
