The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (SZHP) has signed contracts with two UAE developers to begin the first phase of a project to build 336 residences in the Al Sayouh 16 Residential Complex in Sharjah.

The contract was signed by Engineer Jameela Al Fandi, director-general of the SZHP, with representatives of the developers, in the presence of Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and chairman of the board of directors of the SZHP, at the SZHP’s headquarters in Dubai.

The first developer will construct 206 residential units in Block B of the complex, valued at Dh230.9 million ($62.87 million), while the second developer will build 130 residential units in Block D, valued at Dh134.5 million ($36.62 million). The contract is part of the government’s efforts to achieve housing stability, through constructing sustainable residential complexes. The project will witness the construction of a total of 818 residential units over several stages. The project is located in Al Sayouh 16 near major roads and along the vital roads leading to Khor Fakkan and Maleha. The project will be located on a 1,289 million sq m site, with each unit averaging 960 sq m in area.

The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021, while affirming that the invitation to bid for its second phase to construct 482 residential units has been announced.

The project will reduce the carbon footprint of every residence by 21 per cent, as well as water consumption by 33 per cent, and electricity by 10 per cent.

Omani contractor Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG has announced that it has been awarded a sub-contract valued at $16 million linked to the establishment of the first phase of Ras Markaz Crude Oil Park, located not far from the Special Economic Zone at Duqm.

The client is China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company (Oman Branch). As part of the subcontract, Galfar will undertake the pre-site preparation, grading, levelling, earthworks and blasting works for the Crude Oil Park. Oman Tank Terminal Company (OTTCO), a subsidiary of Oman Oil and Orpic Group, is developing the crude oil terminal at Ras Markaz on an area covering 1,250 hectares. At full build, it will offer around 200 million barrels of capacity, making it one of the largest crudes and petroleum reserves in the world. Phase 1 phase of the ambitious projects includes the construction of eight tanks with a capacity of 650,000 barrels each. The terminal will also be connected to the Duqm Refinery currently under construction around 70 km further down the coast at Duqm.

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has awarded the Strabag Dubai, Strabag AG, Andritz Hydro and Ozkar consortium the construction contract for the pumped-storage hydroelectric power station at Hatta. The project is the first of its kind in the Arabian Gulf and will generate 250 MW. The project is expected to last up to 80 years and is scheduled to be commissioned by February 2024.

EDF has been appointed the consultant for this project. This strategic development will diversify the energy mix, and support the economic, social and environmental development of Hatta. It will also achieve the goals of the Dubai Clean Energy 2050 to provide 75 per cent of Dubai’s total power output from clean energy by 2050. Dewa will provide leading and innovative job opportunities for UAE Nationals to support the Hatta Comprehensive Development Plan. These include positions at the Visitor Centre, and other outdoor activities and tourist facilities associated with the project.

Kuwait has approved plans to build 11 petroleum products tanks as part of a project to expand the existing storage facility in Matla in the Northern Jahra governorate. The project has a cost of around 66 million Kuwaiti dinars ($218 million) and it will increase the number of storage tanks at the facility to 18. KNPC has received land for the project and is in the process of preparing engineering designs, the project has been approved by the Company’s Board and tenders will be issued once it is approved by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

The project is intended to face rising production at Kuwait’s refineries, it will have a total capacity of 220 million litres.

The project also aims at producing treated water and supplying the station with a purification process that allows the production of electricity, so that the produced electrical power would cover about 75 percent of the station’s operational requirements. The Cabinet also approved new instructions for financial subsidy for reciting, preaching, sermons and teaching in mosques, in order to support the staff and those working in mosques and motivate them to serve in the field of public speaking, preaching and guidance.

Visions of the Emirates: When the Superlative becomes Reality In order for the project to be a success, the building ground must be improved along the 2675-metre long coast. For this purpose Keller is compacting more than 7 million cubic metres of sand in an area of 380,000 m². Through deep compaction, the load-bearing capacity of the ground to support construction loads is enhanced and the settlement of the ground is reduced. For the current harbour project, the company is using a duty cycle crawler crane from the Liebherr HS series. The HS 8130 is equipped with a vibro-flot for deep compaction.

The long boom of the HS 8130 provides Keller with a large working radius. Without having to change the position of the duty cycle crawler crane, a wide radius of building ground can be compacted. The radius is a particular advantage for the steep drop into the sea.

Work of this kind is usually carried out from a barge. Or land is temporarily reclaimed for the task and subsequently restored to the sea.

time-consuming and cost-intensive. Thanks to the deep compaction using the HS 8130, Keller improves the building ground down to a depth of 19 m. The aim is to withstand a construction load of 200 kPa. In order to verify the geo-technical requirements of the ground, approximately 600 compaction points are being tested using SPT (Standard Penetration Test). In addition to the large radius of the HS 8130, the complete HS series has proven itself through its all-rounder qualities.

ord Middle East has confirmed the successful completion of a buy-sell agreement between its two Saudi distributors, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors Co. (MYNM) and Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. (AJVA), where both distributors will serve Ford and Lincoln customers in their specific regions.

Through this agreement, MYNM now officially represents the Ford and Lincoln brands in the Western and Southern regions, and AJVA continues its representation for both brands in the Central, Eastern and Northern regions.

D Trucks held a seminar entitled “How connectivity is transforming logistics”, at NTT DoCoMo Inc. headquarters in Tokyo. UD Trucks representatives and guest speakers stressed that collaboration and open innovation around connectivity will be a key driver in making logistics and society smarter.

Over 20 journalists attended the seminar. It was also broadcast live via webinar, attracting over 300 online viewers. The 90-minute seminar consisted of presentations, a panel discussion, and a QA session.

The government’s role in supporting smarter logistics Kazuo Shimizu, who also served as moderator, opened the session by explaining how connectivity and logistics supports the government’s objective of creating a smarter and more sustainable society, known as Society 5.0 in Japan.

Kazuo Shimizu said, “While e-commerce is making our lives more convenient, it is also straining the industry - from traffic congestion to a shortage of drivers. With the government’s encouragement and support, new connectivity technologies can make the logistics industry more efficient and sustainable”.

Chandrika Shetty, Director of Connected Solutions, noted that while it is essential to create connectivity services by sharing data among relevant stakeholders, it is equally important to establish secure and reliable platforms that ensure data privacy by limiting access to authorized and trusted developers.

Koichi Mori, Business Analyst of Connected Solutions, outlined the company’s current connected services offering. One example is Nenpi Coach, a service which monitors fuel consumption and gives real-time advice to drivers via the truck dashboard display. Such services help increase uptime and productivity, and the number of connected UD vehicles is expected to increase from 60,000 today to 150,000 by 2025.

NTT DoCoMo’s high expectations for 5G and connected trucks NTT DoCoMo’s Takehiro Nakamura introduced the carrier’s strategy for 5G, the next generation cellular network technology, while expressing hopes to expand 5G-related services through partnerships. More than 2,800 companies and organizations have joined the

5G Open Partner Program, with logistics and transport companies accounting for about 5% of the participants.

Takehiro Nakamura said, “MaaS (Mobility as a Service) initiatives such as AI buses that seek to optimize routes dynamically according to demand is one example of smart logistics. If the logistics and telecommunications industries can share knowledge and leverage new assets such as AI, we can make great strides together.”

Connectivity solutions for today and tomorrow During the ensuing panel discussion, the speakers looked further into the benefits that connectivity can bring to logistics.

There was consensus that the pace of innovation for commercial vehicles will be faster than passenger vehicles, considering many commercial applications take place in more controlled and predictable environments.

From a societal perspective, Kazuo Shimizu suggested that, “Connectivity can dramatically transform the way we live and how people and goods move. It has the potential to curb the problems associated with over-urbanization in Japan.”

Satish Rajkumar reiterated the importance of creating an open eco-system to resolve the challenges facing the logistics industry and society in general. In closing he said, “Working closely and collaborating with our customers, software vendors and other stakeholders through open innovation is the key to improving profitable growth, uptime, productivity, and safety in the logistics industry. Smarter logistics can help create the foundation for a smarter and more sustainable society”.

Liebherr Delivers One Hundredth LTM 1450-8.1 Mobile Crane to French Crane Hire Contractor Bezombes

J

ust 21 months after the start of series deliveries, Liebherr handed over the one hundredth LTM 1450-8.1 in July. It went to Niort in western France, not far from the Atlantic coast, to crane contractor Bezombes, which has upgraded its fleet with the 450-tonne machine.

Liebherr unveiled the LTM 1450-8.1 with a completely new concept for 8-axle mobile cranes at the Bauma in 2016, with great economy and simple set-up on site being the main priorities. This means that the new 8-axle crane is capable of travelling on public roads with a 12-tonne axle load including its complete 85-metre telescopic boom and all supports.

This enables it to be prepared for use quickly once it reaches the site.

“We had to replace our LTM 1250-6.1 after 13 years of good, reliable service because our customers are now demanding greater lifting capacity, more hoisting height and larger radii. That is why we invested in a crane in a higher performance class,” explains Benoît Bezombes, Managing Director of Bezombes Niort. “The LTM 1450-8.1 is a member of the latest generation of cranes. It is safe, easy to use, quickly ready to start work and also energy-efficient as it is a single-engine crane.”

The 85 metre telescopic boom was an important factor in the purchasing decision for Bezombes. “It enables us to erect tower cranes in record time. What is more, with its luffing fly jib, the crane delivers extraordinary lifting capacity values. VarioBase® and VarioBallast® makes us extremely flexible on constricted sites,” adds Bezombes. The company boss tested the crane personally at the Liebherr acceptance site and was delighted with the sensitivity and precision of the crane movements on the LTM 1450-8.1. He says, “The LTM 1250-6.1 was a very good crane, but the new 450-tonne crane is an enormous improvement on it.”

The LTM 1450-8.1 is now the largest crane in the company’s fleet and will be used for jobs in industry, construction and civil engineering, wind energy and for hoisting boats in and out of the water in Atlantic ports near the company’s headquarters.

Bezombes is a crane and heavy haulage contractor with a workforce of 14 and 8 mobile cranes. Almost all of them were supplied by Liebherr. “When I bought my first 250-tonne crane at the age of just 25, Liebherr trusted and supported me. We have a very close partnership with Liebherr. We have been working with the same people for over 15 years,” says Bezombes.

Manitowoc’s Niella Tanaro Plant Adds New Grove GRT655/655L Rough-Terrain Cranes to Production Line-up • The first Grove GRT655 and GRT655L rough terrain cranes have been produced at Manitowoc’s Niella Tanaro production facility in Italy.

• The plant began manufacturing Grove GRT880 and GRT8100 rough-terrain cranes in 2018.

T

he first Grove GRT655L and GRT655 rough terrain cranes have been assembled at Manitowoc’s Niella Tanaro plant. The news comes almost exactly one year after it was announced that GRT880 and GRT8100 rough terrain cranes would begin production from the Italian factory – the first to be produced outside of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania, USA. What’s more, given the success of the production of GRT8100 and GRT880 models from Niella Tanaro, Manitowoc has decided to expand the product portfolio of its European production.

Since 2005, the Niella Tanaro factory has manufactured and shipped more than a thousand rough terrain and small all terrain cranes around the globe, including the RT530E-2, RT540E, RT550E and, most recently, the GRT880 and GRT8100 models.

“This is a logical decision based on the success that we achieved over the last year with the production of the GRT880 and GRT8100,” Giorgio Angelino, senior vice president for mobile cranes in Europe and Africa, explained. “We received a very good response from our customers in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific in regards to models that were localized in Niella Tanaro. We are also getting enthusiastic feedback from the field, so we are confident that the customers will benefit greatly from this latest decision also.”

the telescopic full-power boom, being a foursection 34.8m on the GRT655 and five-section 43 m on the GRT655L. Federico Lovera, product manager for Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific Regions, said: “The GRT655 can be considered the standard boom length option and is ideal for construction and maintenance companies, while the GRT655L is the longer boom option and is widely considered a ‘must have’ for rental companies. Both models feature classleading capabilities, Manitowoc’s Crane Control System (CCS) and a tiltable cab.

These are in addition to the features that our customers have come to expect and that have led our rough terrain cranes to provide the best ROI, such as inverted outrigger jacks, hydraulic disc brakes, load sensing hydraulics and an ECO mode to reduce fuel consumption”.

Thanks to an optional 7.9 to 13.7 m telescopic boom extension, the GRT655L has the best-inclass reach of up to 59.7 m, while the GRT655 offers a max reach of 51.8 m. Additionally, the GRT655 and GRT655L can both be equipped with 18-inch tires, so that the max width of the machine is less than 3 m, making it fully compliant with logistic requirements in Europe.

The GRT655L will make its debut in the Italian market at GIS (Giornate Italiane del Sollevamento), an exhibition for lifting equipment taking place in Piacenza, Italy between 3–5 October, 2019.

Hard times, unusual solutions – the zero hour of the Unimog Daimler-Benz engineer Albert Friedrich designed the Unimog in 1946 together with Erhard & Söhne Company from Schwäbisch Gmünd, which originally supplied ashtrays for the Mercedes-Benz saloon cars. The new vehicle was conceived as a “motorized multipurpose machine” for agriculture. Compared with the farm tractor technology at the time, it had numerous innovations on board. With a top speed of 50 km/h, it was twice as fast as a common agricultural vehicle. In addition, it was fitted with:

That is also when the vehicle got its name: Unimog, an abbreviation for the German Universal-Motorgerät or Universal Motor Machine.

The home of the Unimog: Gaggenau in Baden The demand for the universal genius soon outstripped the production capacities in Göppingen. Starting in June 1951, the DaimlerBenz truck plant in Gaggenau, Baden, became

the new home of the Unimog. A fitting place: the first off-roader made in Gaggenau dated way back to 1907.

The first Unimog, the U 25, got along with just 25 hp: Under the bonnet of the vehicle that measures 3.57 metres in length was a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1.7 litres. 5846 units of the U 25 were built.

The Unimog S marked the first major evolution in 1955. It is still the best-seller among the Unimog models until today. It was powered by a 2.2-litre petrol engine with six cylinders and 80 hp. This engine was also installed in the 220 S luxury saloon at the time. However, its petrol consumption was luxurious as well, which is why the subsequent model series 416 from the year 1965 was produced exclusively with diesel engines.

The Unimog models became a sales hit during the years of the economic miracle. In its 24 years of production, 45,336 units of the U 416 were sold – the Unimog model series with the second-highest sales after the Unimog S. It was used for an accordingly diverse range of applications: as an aid convoy vehicle, on the rails in road-rail specification or even as a patient transport ambulance. In addition, there were variants as a tractor unit or conversions to three-axle vehicles and tracked vehicles.

The 250,000th Unimog came off the assembly line already in 1984. By 2002, Gaggenau produced 320,748 units, with that number standing at over 350,000 units today. An exceptional number for a highly specialized

vehicle such as the Unimog. Since 2002, the Unimog production is located at the world’s largest truck assembly plant in Wörth. Since 2006, a dedicated museum in Gaggenau has been exhibiting the fascination that is the Unimog, which can also be experienced there on an in-house test track with a gradient of 100 percent.

Nothing outperforms them in terrain: U 4023 and U 5023 In addition to the Unimog implement carrier, which is a familiar sight as an orange municipal vehicle, there are two variants of the Unimog with extreme off-road capabilities: the U 4023 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 10.3 t and the U 5023 with a gross vehicle weight rating of 14.3 t. In each case, the last two digits stand for the output of 231 hp (170 kW), which is produced by a 5.1-litre four-cylinder engine. Low in comparison to the G-Class at first glance. However, for commercial vehicles it is torque that is crucial. And that is where the Unimog delivers an impressive 900 Nm, which are on tap constantly across the entire main operating range of 1200 to 1600 rpm.

This power pack, the selectable all-wheel drive, the on-demand inter-axle and inter-wheel locks as well as eight forward and six reverse speeds with off-road reduction gear make the Unimog the “ master off the road”. It conquers gradients of up to 45 degrees or 100 percent. It can tilt by up to 38 degrees, which corresponds to a maximum tilt angle of 76 percent and it has a fording depth of up to 1.20 metres.

Such extreme operations are made possible by, amongst other things, the standard-fit portal axles, which result in an impressive ground clearance of 41 cm. Coil springs with their large spring travel allow an axle articulation of up to 30 degrees. That is why a Unimog can have the left front wheel on top of a rock and the right front wheel in a depression – and still maintain ground contact with all four wheels.

Another off-road highlight is the “Tirecontrol plus” tyre pressure control system: The right tyre pressure for the particular surface is selected at the touch of a button (“Road”, “Sand” or “Rough Road”) and the Unimog always has the necessary grip as a result.

Around the world in the Unimog These exceptional abilities also make the Unimog interesting as an expedition vehicle.

One example is the U 4023 refined by Hellgeth engineering Spezialfahrzeugbau Company. Its gross vehicle weight rating is just 7.49 tonnes.

This is made possible thanks to systematic lightweight construction in building the box body and the cabinetry and by using lightweight aluminium for mounted parts and rims. As a result, the kerb weight including driver and fuel is just 6925 kilograms, making a dream of many globetrotters come true: They can drive a modern Unimog with camper body and extreme off-road capabilities holding the old “Class 3” driving licence.

Report Unlocks the Secrets to Greater Machine Efficiency

T

he latest addition to Volvo Construction Equipment’s Insight Reports promises customers the understanding to better manage their fleet, and boost site efficiency.

Volvo Construction Equipment continues to maximise site efficiency for its customers with the launch of Productivity Report, a new fleet analysis service designed to monitor production and make it easy to lower cost per ton.

ready-made reports, which are then emailed to the customer on a weekly or monthly basis. By collecting detailed data and presenting it in an easy-to-understand format, customers spend less time sifting through complex machine information and more time focused on their operations. Utilising the insights and machine data gives customers the possibility to better understand how their machines are being used in order to make informed decisions that improve overall profitability.

Telematics data can be a powerful way to improve the efficiency and uptime of fleets, but ‘data overload’ can stand in the way of getting to the information that really matters.

Joining the Fuel Efficiency Report, launched in 2016, Volvo ACTIVE CARE Report and Summary Report, launched in 2018, the latest report reinforces the company’s commitment to helping customers more efficiently manage their operating costs. With the addition of a new Productivity Report, Volvo CE has grouped all four tools into an umbrella package – called Insight Reports. With a range of analyses to choose from, customers can adapt each report to suit individual business structures for increased profitability.

The newly introduced Productivity Report highlights how many tons of material has been handled or moved, helping customers to gain control over operating costs, and be better informed when tendering for contracts.

Available on Volvo articulated haulers and wheel loaders equipped with On-Board Weighing, the report makes it easy to measure production and take the necessary steps to lower cost per ton. By combining both productivity and fuel consumption data, the report makes it easy to measure efficiency, thanks to data such as total tons handled per liter, fuel cost per ton or payload utilisation.

Using telematic data transmitted from the machines, the Insight Reports clearly identify areas of improvements. The CareTrack telematics system automatically compiles thousands of machine data points into the

Designed to help customers reduce fuel consumption – the number one operational cost factor – the Fuel Efficiency Report offers a holistic view of a fleet’s efficiency. The report identifies machines that are not being used as intended, highlighting units that could result in unnecessary fuel expenses. The report is also used to track the progress of business objectives using up to eight KPIs according to individual business structures and can include budgeted fuel expenses to predict potential costs and savings.

Key information related to the health, fuel efficiency and productivity of a fleet is presented in the Summary Report, allowing customers to look at the big picture and identify trends. Any issues that require action are flagged, giving customers the opportunity to refine operating practices, implement new ways of working and address issues before downtime occurs.

Insight Reports enable customers to improve uptime, fuel efficiency and productivity of their Volvo machines. Data is also available in Excel and CSV formats should customers want to export the data for further analysis.

Nine eCitaro buses for Voyages Emile Weber in Canach, Luxembourg Voyages Emile Weber has chosen nine twodoor eCitaro buses. These are equipped with the maximum number of twelve high-voltage battery packs delivering a total capacity of 292 kWh. Besides the extensive equipment, the colour concept of the passenger compartment is also very striking. From the upholstery of the seats to the grab bars or the side-wall panelling in needle felt: everything is in red.

The floor covering has a homely wooden look.

Something else which is especially distinctive: all of the seats in the front section are on raised platforms and all feature two-point seat belts.

Voyages Emile Weber has over 600 vehicles, ranging from minibuses to luxury coaches, of which numerous buses from Mercedes-Benz.

Norgesbuss, a group with a total of more than 700 buses, is one of Norway’s leading bus operators. The company has ordered six eCitaro buses which will be operating in the capital, Oslo. Ten high-voltage battery packs with a capacity of 243 kWh provide the electricity for the three-door buses. There are also pantographs on the roof for intermediary charging to extend the vehicle’s range. In Scandinavia, an alcohol tester in the driver’s area is part of the equipment. For operation during winter, the floor areas near to the entrances are heated.

Five eCitaro buses for Bergkvarabuss in Ystad, Sweden Bergkvarabuss is the pioneer for the eCitaro in Sweden. In the town of Ystad on the south coast, five eCitaro buses are going into operation. The two-door rigid buses are equipped with the full complement of twelve high-voltage battery packs with a total capacity of 292 kWh. The extensive safety and interior equipment of the vehicles includes an alcohol tester for the driver, folding ramps for both doors, a passenger compartment signal system with visual and tactile response, ambient lighting and upholstered single seats with high backrests and leather headrests. With over 1000 buses, Bergkvarabuss is one of the largest bus companies in Europe.

‫أعلنت شركة المقاوالت العمانية جلفار للهندسة والمقاوالت ش‪.‬م‪.‬ع‪.‬ع أنها حصلت على عقد من الباطن قيمته ‪ 16‬مليون‬ ‫دوالر مرتبط بتأسيس المرحلة األولى من محطة رأس مركز للنفط الخام‪ ،‬والذي يقع بالقرب من المنطقة االقتصادية الخاصة‬ ‫في الدقم‪.‬‬ ‫العميل هو شركة هندسة خطوط أنابيب البترول الصينية (فرع عمان) كجزء من العقد من الباطن‪ ،‬ستقوم جلفار بأعمال‬ ‫اإلعداد المسبق والدرجات والتسوية وأعمال الحفر والتفجير لمحطة النفط الخام‪ ،‬بينما تقوم الشركة العمانية للصهاريج‬ ‫(‪ )OTTCO‬وهي شركة تابعة لمجموعة النفط العمانية وأوربك‪ ،‬بتطوير محطة النفط الخام في رأس مركز على مساحة تبلغ‬ ‫‪ 1250‬هكتار‪ .‬عند اكتمالها ستوفر حوالي ‪ 200‬مليون برميل من الطاقة‪ ،‬مما يجعلها واحدة من أكبر احتياطيات النفط‬ ‫الخام في العالم‪ ،‬تشمل المرحلة األولى من المشاريع الطموحة بناء ثمانية صهاريج بطاقة ‪ 650،000‬برميل لكل منها‪ ،‬كما‬ ‫حاليا على بعد حوالي ‪ 70‬كم أسفل الساحل في الدقم‪.‬‬ ‫أيضا بمصفاة الدقم التي يتم إنشاؤها ً‬ ‫سيتم ربط المحطة ً‬

‫قام بتوقيع العقد المهندسة جميلة الفندي المدير العام‬ ‫لبرنامج الشيخ زايد لإلسكان ‪ ،SZHP‬مع ممثلين عن المطورين وبحضور الدكتور عبد اهلل بن محمد بلهايف النعيمي وزير تطوير‬ ‫البنية التحتية ورئيس مجلس إدارة برنامج الشيخ زايد لإلسكان ‪ SZHP‬في مقر البرنامج في دبي‪.‬‬ ‫ستقوم الشركة األولى ببناء ‪ 206‬وحدة سكنية في المنطقة «ب» بالمجمع‪ ،‬بقيمة ‪ 230.9‬مليون درهم (‪ 62.87‬مليون دوالر)‪،‬‬ ‫بينما ستقوم الشركة الثانية ببناء ‪ 130‬وحدة سكنية في المنطقة «د»‪ ،‬بقيمة ‪ 134.5‬مليون درهم (‪ 36.62‬مليون دوالر (العقد‬ ‫جزء من جهود الحكومة لتحقيق االستقرار السكني عبر بناء مجمعات سكنية مستدامة‪ ،‬سيشهد المشروع بناء ما مجموعه ‪818‬‬ ‫وحدة سكنية على عدة مراحل‪ ،‬يقع المشروع في مدينة السيوح ‪ 16‬بالقرب من الطرق الرئيسية وعلى طول الطرق الحيوية المؤدية‬ ‫إلى خور فكان ومليحة‪ ،‬يقع المشروع على مساحة ‪ 1،289‬مليون متر مربع وسيبلغ متوسط مساحة كل وحدة ‪ 960‬متر مربع‪.‬‬ ‫من المتوقع االنتهاء من المشروع في الربع األخير من عام ‪ 2021‬مع التأكيد على الدعوة إلى عطاءات للمرحلة الثانية لبناء‬ ‫‪ 482‬وحدة سكني‪ ،‬سيقلل المشروع من البصمة الكربونية لكل مقيم بنسبة ‪ 21‬في المائة‪ ،‬وكذلك استهالك المياه بنسبة ‪ 33‬في‬ ‫المائة‪ ،‬والكهرباء بنسبة ‪ 10‬في المائة‪.‬‬ ‫‪67‬‬
