The first phase of the project involves the construction of a crude distillation unit with capacity of 400 million barrels of oil per day (MBOD), a 210MBOD vacuum distillation unit, a 120MBOD visbreaker crude unit, a 50MBOD continuous catalyst regenerator, a 20MBOD isomerization unit, a 90MBOD diesel hydrotreater, a 30MMSCFD hydrogen plant, a 185 tonnes per day (TPD) (two trains) sulfur recovery unit, a 820 gallons per minute (GPM) amine regeneration unit, a 225GPM sour water stripper, a tankage and related utilities, and the installation of controls, flares and safety systems.

The drum brakes from 17.5 “to 22.5”, ensure a prompt and safe braking, combined with maximum efficiency and reliability. The SAE technicians have chosen the construction solution called “outboard”, which facilitates and speeds up the operation of replacing the brake shoes, which can be carried out by removing the single drum, without the need to remove the wheel hub. The series of axles with disc brake is equally vast and diversified. It is able to meet the efficiency and safety requirements imposed by increasingly competitive road transport, in which the “brake by wire” is taking on an increasingly important role. All SAE-SMB axles are ECE-R13 approved, so their technical and performance characteristics are recognized throughout Europe and in most industrialized countries worldwide. The trailer manufacturer will find a component with certified performance in the SAE axis and can base the realization of his project on these. Load capacity ranges from 6 to over 13 tons per axle, both for disc brakes and drum brakes, with wide availability of wheel combinations. The Italian testing center of the ADR group, of which SAE-SMB is part, is the place where the best ideas are formulated. Its state-of-the-art equipment and its highly specialized team make it possible to analyze each product in all its most significant aspects. The laboratory has machines for the simulation of the most extreme stresses of fatigue, of dynamometric counters for the relief performance of the brakes in compliance with international regulations. It is also a support laboratory for international certification bodies.
Machine downtimes are increasingly spaced over time and shorter stops because the costs of handling road transport are getting higher and higher. With this in mind, SAE-SMB customer service has developed an agile and efficient intervention program based on simple and error-proof SAE SMB original parts management. CHINA’S LARGEST EXPORT ALL TERRAIN CRANE QAY650
On March 12, at the world’s largest manufacturing base, the golden key of QAY650 all terrain crane was delivered to a customer in North Africa by the Vice President of XCMG. This crane will assist in the construction projects along the Belt and Road regions. This delivery sets an export record of China’s largest wheel cranes. XCMG wheel cranes have maintained a market share of over 50% for a long time in domestic sales and ranked 1st in the industry for 14 consecutive years; crawler cranes have ranked the 1st in the industry for 6 consecutive years; tower cranes continuously improve in market share and are counted as one of the best in the industry. 100-tonnage all terrain cranes are exported to European and American high-end markets and 1,000-tonnage crawler cranes are exported to assist in construction projects along the Belt and Road regions. XCMG continuously makes breakthroughs for the “going global” of China’s construction machinery industry. I. Even to this day, only a few countries master the production techniques of 1,000-tonnage cranes. In 2016, export of XCMG 1,250-tonnage crawler cranes caused a sensation in the industry and at that time the global crane market focused on China. Industry participants at home and abroad thought that Chinese cranes would take the first position in the global crane market sooner or later. At present, China has mastered world’s highest-level crane technologies. Advantaged conditions of China’s social and economic development and great domestic demand promote rapid development of Chinese crane industry. II. XCMG’s confidence originates from decades of years’ technology accumulation. XCMG continuously made breakthroughs in products and technologies since first China’s wheel crane was developed in 1963. “We need to create greater value for customers and establish a solid foundation for Chinese cranes to become the first in the word.” “Ten years ago, XCMG completely replaced imported cranes, broke monopoly of transnational corporations in the
international market, and made China to become the 3rd country that could independently develop and manufacture 1,000-tonnage super traveler cranes after Germany and America.” In the following development history, XCMG continued history glory, accepted periodic industry tests, and insisted making great efforts. More and more large-scale all terrain cranes with highest technical content came from XCMG. III. Most mature super large tonnage cranes in the world. Super large tonnage crane of more than 500-tonnage is called the “Aircraft Carrier” in the construction machinery industry. Large dimensions, complex components, long production cycles and super-high technical thresholds make many manufacturers in the world to be prohibitive.
IV. Stunning a world stage, XCMG cranes show “Pillars of a Great Power” to the world. XCMG is the first enterprise that has the international view and implements the internationalization strategy in China’s construction machinery. With several years of “intensive farming”, XCMG has established a comparatively perfect sales service network, exported products to 178 countries and regions, and ranked the industry first in product gross export.
