Letter From The President Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:20 NLT Paul’s prison doxology to the Ephesian church has become the theme of our threeyear strategic plan for Impactus and has framed this past year as a move from honored legacy to intentional multiplication. Paul’s promise is not individualistic but rooted in community, unity, and God’s mighty power at work within His people. That same power is still at work today as we seek to see men around the world become, grow, and live as disciples of Jesus. We are humbled by our 30-year legacy and grateful for all who have carried the vision that ministry to men can become the foundation for transformation in families, churches, and communities. Building on more than two million ministry connections, expanding devotional reach, and producing events nationwide, Impactus experienced growing momentum across generations and regions in the past fiscal year. The opportunity before us is significant: men are searching for purpose, hungry for more, and engaging with faith in renewed openness. A door is open, and we must go through it with faith and expectancy that God can do infinitely more in and through us. Together, we invite our staff, Board, churches, donors, volunteers, and partners to continue forward with renewed faith, shared commitment, and bold participation in what God is doing through Impactus. Letter From The Chair Of The Board This past year, we celebrated 30 years of ministry to men across Canada and, now, worldwide, and we are excited as we develop the strategic plan for the next decade. We are encouraged by how God is expanding our territory, as we are reaching more men across Canada, with almost 3,000 attending our events this past year. Additionally, our global reach has grown with men from over 150 countries accessing our resources. As we enter year two in our strategic plan, we are anticipating achieving our financial goals in a balanced budget and ministry goals, and stronger in infrastructure, networking, and partnerships. We are so appreciative of the tireless efforts of our small staff complement and anticipate additional staffing up in the near future. Finally, I recall at one of the earlier Board meetings this year that our leaders cried out in prayer to God seeking His guidance and wisdom, and I anticipate that we will continue to lean on Him as this fiscal year unfolds. Training Men’s Ministry Leaders to Effectively Disciple More Men Our vision is to see every man become, grow, and live as a disciple of Jesus, and to develop ministry to men in local communities across Canada through the local church.
MEN’S MINISTRY LEADERSHIP TRAINING Equipping men’s ministry leaders to share the vision of discipling every man in their church and community, moving from an events-focused to discipleshipfocused ministry to men. 103 men’s ministry leaders are currently enrolled in the leadership training.
SMALL GROUP LEADER TRAINING 5 men from Kenya completed the small group leader training with powerful testimonies from the men and how the training impacted them.
Men’s Ministry Leadership Summit
2025 120 men attended the event live, with over 300 views of the Summit since then.
2026 The 6 th annual Leadership Summit will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Hommes De Parole Du Canada FRANCOPHONE MINISTRY
GROWING MINISTRY TO MEN IN QUEBEC We began reaching more French-speaking men through a new weekly devotional, available online and via email.
We experienced further growth in Quebec in F26 under the leadership of Bruno Savard, Community Relations Manager (directeur des relations communautaires). We had strong engagement on both YouTube and social media, along with increased financial support from monthly and one-time donors. Partnerships continue with the Canadian Bible Society and Family Life Canada in Quebec.

Impactus Men’s Conference (2025/2026) Encouraging and Equipping Men to be “Unshakeable” in their faith In F26, we once again witnessed God at work as men were called to be “Unshakeable” in their faith. Men came from great distances to gather together to worship Jesus and to hear powerful messages from dynamic speakers. Over 2,200 men gathered in Brampton, Ottawa, Edmonton, and Winnipeg. •
