The Challenge The official website of FanPlay IoT was not at par with the energy & vigor of the vision it stands for. It faced many issues like ● Not mobile responsive ● Too slow ● The UI / UX & the layout were outdated ● Content was not updated ● Product catalog was not user-friendly ● Lack of proper information on their services

The management wanted to redesign their website which has to take into account the following wishlist

● An engaging website for sports fans especially those who love cricket & CSK ● The UI/UX must be trendy to match the industry standards & appealing to the fitness enthusiasts ● To enable the eCom module with a shopping cart & the payment gateway ● The Call to Action was twofold: ● To increase the mobile app downloads ● To sell the products online
