PIXELSCREEN.eu QUICK-GUIDE PLED 205Q/QC is one of the most versatile type of led panel ,with a frequent use and high stock surface availability, easy build and quick troubleshooting methods . > Each tile consists of 4 led modules 48x12 pixels with easy access from the back side for removing and replacing ,secured with “stay on “ screws for simple maneuvers. 8 bolts secure the power supply for fast swap in case of malfunction or damage.

> Each panel has two side locks and a guide pin on the side, and one top lock on top for fast assembly via an easy “click and turn” mechanism. Both types of the PLED 205 (Q and QC) have special characteristics for easy recognition , the PLED 205Q has a flat edge (90°) whereas the PLED 205QC has a slightly angled edge (for curved building) and particular brass-copper knobs on both sides . It comes in travel dollies, secured with fixing mechanisms (side locks )on both sides ,and protective foam on contact points with the led panels . Warnings: >The two led types of the P10 Q series (Pled205Q and QC) should never mix on travel dollies and in the same led wall construction (except particular cases). >Travel dollies have one removal side and one fixed side . The fix side is marked with a “do not remove” yellow sticker on top. The two sidewalls have a small removable front protective metal piece that keeps led dolly secure on forklift transportation and are always placed with the protective foam towards the led side. >All led panels have to be tightly secured on the dolly via two rows of side locks on both sides and that keeps led panels in place for minimal movement on transportation and no risk of impact damages on the entire manipulation and transportation process. Page 17

PIXELSCREEN.eu QUICK-GUIDE PLED203S is a high density led cabinet with a pixel pitch of 3.9mm making it a more “delicate” type of of led panel that requires more attention in handling . >It has a very “easy to click” building system with two hooks on the top that grab two master pins and a turning lever that tightens the module into place and a similar side locking mechanism with a simple turning lever.

>Troubleshooting the PLED 203S is very easy and fast , the power supply can be very fast swapped just by turning two knobs on each side and ,after the swap with a new power supply ,it can be secured in place by reversing the process. Warnings: Each cabinet requires special attention in handling in the build and break phase due to the protection mechanisms that the tile is provided with. The tiles come in a protective foam wrap that covers the front side of the led and they are stored in a specially divided flight case. Handling wise the PLED 203S should only be manipulated from the back side of the panel that has two big handles on each side and the worker should have minimal to zero interference with the front side of the panel. Touching the led side of the panel may result in static electric discharges that might damage the LEDS. After removing the foam protection from the cabinet there is a very important procedural step and that is opening the side blades that protect the edge of the panel during transportation and storage. That can be done by simply pushing the knobs from each side from an outside to a inside position. PIXELSCREEN guide for beginners : how to quickly and safely build a LED screen.

PLED203Q

PLED 203Q comes from the same Q series as the PLED 205Q/QC bringing many similarities and basically having the same framing and locking mechanisms as the PLED 205Q but on a higher pixel density. >The newest member of the Q family brings all the advantages and easy handling methods of the PLED 205Q in a new cabinet with a 3.9 mm pixel pitch , with the difference that it comes in a special designed flight case that can fit 10 panels . Warnings: Considering the high pixel density and the small led size ,special handling methods have to be taken into consideration. Front handling (on the led side) should be avoided due to static discharge risks and a important attention has to be given especially to the four corners of the led cabinet that are most frequently damaged .

PIXELSCREEN.eu QUICK-GUIDE

PLED205F

PLED 205F is one heavy duty ,reliable ,led cabinet with a big led surface of 1m² and a very high brightness output. Changing led modules on the cabinet is very fast just by disconnecting imput cable and turning two locks on top and bottom side. Building and breaking walls with this type of tile requires special tools (inbus size 6 and 8) No special warnings on this tile.

Time winner. To win a lot of time on the production floor. To win a lot of mistakes. To double check all parameters in advance.

ALWAYS USE AN USB STICK TO ARCHIVE ALL FILES.

PIXELSCREEN ask to all CC (Crew Chiefs) or clients to prepare LED Studio in advance.

This is the most safe and easy way to switch from computer to computer.

1. Copy the WHOLE LEDSTUDIO folder to a new folder.

You can start LEDStudio directly from the USB stick. The backup of all ledstudio files is archived on the cloud by Telegram. One folder per senderbox or area.

Start up ledstudio.exe in that new folder directly.

2. Make a ZIP file of the whole folder LED Studio folder.

3. Send this ZIP file to Telegram Project Chatgroup. Pixbot DOUBLE CHECK all parameters for you and give you any feedback over Telegram.
