[EN] Setup_ Important when BUILDING up the screen is to respect the order of the following steps. This to prevent accidents, such as injury damage or damage to the material! 1. Check that the height differences of this parking area differ by a maximum of 10 cm. This is the difference between the lowest and the highest point. 2. Make sure the carriage is uncoupled from the trailer. 3. Extend the 4 outrigger feet of the trailer MAXIMUM and lock with a pin. Check that the pin is properly clicked and effectively lures. 4. Under each stamping foot is a stamping plate. The pressure on this plate can become very high if there is frontal wind on the LED screen. 5. Using a battery top and 24mm wrench, unscrew the four feet. Make sure everything is level in both directions. 2 directions: the short side and the long side of the trailer. Use a spirit level for this. Choose a height so that the bicycles of the trailer just lift off the ground. 6. Remove all protective sides from the trailer, as well as the elastic cords. Keep these well so that no parts get dirty or lost. 7. At the rear of the trailer you can open the tailgate by simply pulling the bottom with your hands. 8. Make sure all fuses are OFF. Fuse n° 1+2+3: the large LED screen, fuse n° 4 : LED screen control equipment, fuse n° 5 : motors of hydraulics and rotation mast. 02

9. Supply the trailer with electrical power. CEE 32A RED, the consumption is a maximum of 18 Ampere per phase. Be safe and test the power supply cable with a voltmeter. CE32A is a 5 pin connector 3x PHASE + NEUTER + GROUND. 10. Check the display that the 3 phases indicate 220-230 voltage. 11. Check that on the DMX Motion Controller, the rotary knob is set to MANUAL CONTROL. 12. Turn on fuse 5 (MOTORS). 13. Check on the back of the remote controller that the BARCODE number is the same as the BARCODE of the trailer. 14. Unlock the emergency stop on the remote controller. 15. Press UP ARROW and move the screen 220cm higher so that the screen hangs a minimum of 20cm and a maximum of 40cm above the other screen. DO NOT GO HIGHER. 16. Rotate the screen 180°. Check carefully that the wiring harness between the upper screen and the lower screen is always free and shows no physical tension. 17. LAND VERY CAREFULLY the top screen on the bottom screen. When the screen has landed, do not continue pressing the DOWN ARROW unnecessarily. See that the guide pins are well aligned and create a perfectly seamless screen. 18. Lock the top and bottom screens with 2 Quick King pens. 19. Lock the top and bottom screen with 4 locks with a red lever. 2 locks can be found in the central part, 2 locks can be found on the outer sides. 4 LOCKS in total! 20. Now carefully go full screen up with the remote controller, UP ARROW. 21. At the bottom of the trailer you will see 2 stainless steel pens. These are loose and could fall out at some point. This is normal. Take that road and store it well in the trunk. 22. Make sure you have at least 60cm of free space with the entire screen, bottom screen and top 03

23. Now you can open the LED screen doors on the 2 sides of the trailer (100x400cm width x height). These are locked at a height of 1 meter under the roof. Unlock this one with kingpins and lock again with locks on panels. 24. Always check that no cables are pinched and that everything can open without force. 25. Now the screen can be turned to the desired wind direction with the remote control. Always check that the power and data cables can follow freely, and show no voltages. Also make sure that the screen cannot collide with anything such as the 4 support legs, the brake of the tow bar, and more other obstacles. 26. When the screen is in the desired wind direction, lock the screen at the bottom of the central mast with a pin. This is a pen with a trade. 27. When the awning is raised to maximum height, there is also an automatic lock on the central mast. This ensures that the screen cannot descend in the event of any problems with the oil hydraulics. You will then hear a “CLICK” when the maximum height is reached. 28. Now the screen is securely in position. 29. Fuses 1 to 4 can be turned on to provide the screen image via the video controller. The SHUTDOWN of the screen can only be done in the reverse order. Don't do it any other way or accidents will happen.

[NL] Setup_ Belangrijk bij het OPBOUWEN van het scherm is de volgorde van de volgende stappen te respecteren. Dit voor ongelukken te voorkomen, zoals letsels schade of schade aan het materiaal! 1. Controle doen dat de hoogte verschillen van deze parkeer oppervlakte maximaal 10cm verschillen. Dit is het verschil tussen het laagste en het hoogste punt. 2. Zorg dat de wagen ontkoppeld is van de trailer. 3. De 4 afstempel voeten van de trailer MAXIMAAL uitschuiven en vergrendelen met een pen. Controle doen dat de pen goed geklikt is en effectief lokt. 4. Onder elke afstempel voet is een afstempel plaat. De druk op deze plaat kan zeer hoog worden, als er frontale wind is op het led scherm. 5. Met behulp van een accu tol en potsleutel 24mm, de vier voeten uit draaien. Zorg dat alles in de 2 richtingen waterpas is. 2 richtingen: de korte zijde en de lang richting van de trailer. Gebruik hiervoor een waterpas. Kies een hoogte zodat de rijwielen van de trailer net van de grond komen. 6. Alle beschermzijlen verwijderen van de trailer, alsook de elastische koorden. Deze goed bewaren zodat er geen onderdelen vuil of verloren gaan. 7. Aan de achterzijde van de trailer kun je de achterklep openen door gewoon onderaan met de handen te trekken. 8. Kijk dat alle zekeringen UIT staan. Zekering nr. 1+2+3: het grote led scherm, zekering nr. 4 : Aanstuur-apparatuur led scherm, zekering nr. 5 : motors van hydrauliek en rotatie mast. 06

9. Voorzie de trailer van elektrische stroom. CEE 32A ROOD, het verbruik is maximaal 18 Ampère per fase. Wees veilig en test met een voltmeter de aanvoer stroomkabel even uit. CE32A is een 5 pin connector 3x PHASE + NEUTER + GROUND. 10. Doe controle op de display dat de 3 fases, 220-230 voltage aangeven. 11. Check dat op de DMX Motion Controller, de draaiknop op MANUAL CONTROL staat. 12. Zet zekering 5 aan (MOTORS). 13. Check op de achterkant van de remote controller, dat de BARCODE nummer dezelfde is als de BARCODE van de trailer. 14. Ontgrendel de noodstop op de remote controller. 15. Druk op PIJL OMHOOG en ga met het scherm 220cm hoger, zodat de het scherm minimaal 20cm en maximaal 40cm boven het andere scherm blijft hangen. GA NIET HOGER. 16. Draai het scherm 180°. Kijk goed dat de kabelboom die tussen het bovenste scherm en het onderste scherm steeds vrij is en geen fysieke spanningen vertonen. 17. LAND ZEER VOORZICHTIG het bovenste scherm op het onderste scherm. Als het scherm geland is, niet nodeloos verder drukken op PIJL OMLAAG. Zie dat de begeleidingspennetjes goed gericht zijn en een perfect naadloos scherm maken. 18. Lock het bovenste en onderste scherm met 2 Quick King pennen. 19. Lock het bovenste en onderste scherm met 4 sloten met een rode hendel. 2 sloten zijn in het centraal gedeelte te vinden, 2 sloten zijn aan de buitenste zijdes te vinden. 4 SLOTEN in totaal! 20. Ga nu voorzichtig met het volledige scherm omhoog met de remote controller, PIJL OMHOOG. 21. Onderaan de trailer ga je 2 roestvrije inox pennen zien. Deze zitten los en zouden op een bepaald moment eruit kunnen vallen. Dit is normaal. Neem die weg en berg deze goed op in de achterbak. 07

22. Zorg dat je met het volledige scherm minimaal 60cm vrije ruimte hebt, onderkant scherm en bovenplaat van de trailer. 23. Nu kun je aan de 2 zijdes van de trailer de led scherm deuren openen (100x400cm breedte x hoogte). Deze zitten op een hoogte van 1 meter onder het dak vergrendelt. Ontgrendel deze met king pen en vergrendel deze met de locksloten op de led tegels. 24. Kijk steeds goed, dat er geen kabels klemmen en dat alles zonder kracht kan openen. 25. Nu kan het scherm naar de gewenste windrichting gedraaid worden met de remote controle. Kijk steeds dat de stroom en data kabels vrij kunnen volgen, en geen spanningen vertonen. Kijk steeds ook dat het scherm nergens kan tegen botsen zoals de 4 steunpoten, de rem van de trekhaak, en nog meer andere obstakels. 26. Als het scherm in de gewenste windrichting is, vergrendel onderaan de centrale mast het scherm met een pen. Dit is een pen met een handel. 27. Als het scherm naar maximale hoogte wordt gebracht, is er ook een automatische vergrendeling aan de centrale mast. Deze zorgt dat het scherm niet kan afzakken bij eventuele problemen met de olie hydrauliek. Je zal dan een “KLIK” horen als de maximale hoogte is bereikt. 28. Nu is het scherm veilig in positie. 29. Zekeringen 1 tot 4 kunnen aangezet worden om het schermbeeld te geven via de video controller. Het AFBOUWEN van het scherm kan enkel gebeuren in de omgekeerde volgorde. Doe het niet anders of er gebeuren ongelukken.
