Measure out the correct distance of your complete screen.

Step 2 Set out the Kokers on the correct position according your measurements.

Step 3 Start placing your LED panels on top of the KOKER .

Make sure you always secure the screen enough while building so the panels can not shift of the koker edge!

When connecting, match the notch on the cable connector tot he corresponding guide slot on the chassis.

After inserting properly as in illustration A twist the cable connector clockwise to lock.

The proper twist - lock is achieved when the yellow tab is in the position shown in C and audible "CLICK" is heard.

HOW IT ALL BEGINS

The production work starts when a order is placed on the Pixelscreen portal.

STEP 1: A Telegram group is created and all the necessary members are invited in the group .

STEP2: The designated crew chief can now actively start his work with gathering all information about design, layout, type of panels and other special requests .

STEP3: After all information is clear and all plans are final the next step is making the mapping file.

The mapping file represents the 2D layout of the LED panels from the design.

HOW IT ALL BEGINS

WAREHOUSE A.I. GETS TO THE JOB STEP 4: A .zip file containing the mapping file, dataplan, powerplan and other necessary files , is created.

STEP 5: Afterwards a list with all the necessary equipment called a loadlist, is also created. From that point the workers from the warehouse can actively start picking up all the requested materials .

HOW IT ALL BEGINS

WAREHOUSE A.I. GETS TO THE JOB STEP 6: All the material are indexed and sorted via a barcoding and QR system that helps the worker avoid any mistakes via the “Magsoft” software.

STEP 7: All materials are loaded on the assigned trailer. From now on all materials are ready to be delivered to the job.
