Eaton has a state of the art Cybersecurity Center of Excellence; established 5+ years ago, staffed with 20+ cybersecurity experts and 100+ years of domain expertise Eaton labs, processes and products are the first to be certified under UL2900 Cybersecurity standards. Eaton and UL to drive global IEC 62443 standards for conformance assessment

Aging Workforce Between 2017-22,

What are we doing?

Continued education on benefits of embedded engineers & training programs to augment utility workforce, matching resources to customer based on needs and expertise Automation will play a key role with increased workforce retirement.
