PITT速 cooking: gas hobs directly integrated into your worktop.

The perfect way of cooking, handmade in Holland. PITT速 cooking is the specialist in integrated cooking: it is our one and only core business. Our mission is to offer our customers the perfect combination of functionality and design.

Your pans will always fit It’s spacious: due to the large distance between each burner, you will always have enough space. Even when using (big) pans at the same time.

Functional use of space: we are not bounded to the size of a squared cooking plate. The space between two burners is approximately 8 centimeters more compared to a traditional stove.

The size of the pan carriers will offer a stable surface for all different kind of pans. After cooking, the main burner parts can be easily removed - leaving only a flat worktop to clean.

It’s one of a kind: worldwide patented The development of the PITT® cooking knows a long history of intensive development and testing. Our cooking system is worldwide patented. Due to special techniques, such as an aluminium heat plate beneath the worktop, a heat shield on top and a slightly floating pan carrier, the heat transfer to the worktop is minimal, making it possible to apply PITT® cooking in a wide range of different materials. A technique that is unique and only applicable to our cooking system.

Handmade in Holland Our product is designed, developed and made in Holland. Something we are proud of. Each individual cooking system is being hand-assembled in our production hall in a small village, close to Utrecht. No machine involved.

3. Certification and safety The cooking system of PITT速 cooking has been tested intensively.

It is officially certificated by the following institutions: - CE (European Union) - CSA-UL (United States and Canada) - SAI Global (Australia)

- CC-Gas (China) - GOST-Russia (Russia) - SPRING (Singapore/Asia)

4. PITT® cooking Burners The assortment of PITT® cooking is composed from three different burners:

‘Small’ burner Power: 0,3 - 2 kW

‘Medium’ burner Power: 0,3 - 3 KW

Double ring burner (Stir-fry & simmer) Power: 0,2 - 5 kW

6. The PITT® cooking unit The models in our assortment are fixed on one unit, which is hidden beneath the worktop. The height of the unit is (for each model) 89 mm, measured from top of worktop.

7. Application in worktop (material) A brief overview of the requirements: -

PITT® cooking can be safely applied into a composite, granite, concrete, terrazzo, glass, ceramics, Solid Surface, GreenCore®, Top Core® or stainless steel worktop.

PITT® cooking should never be installed into solid wood and worktops with an HPL top layer.

In order to install PITT® cooking, round cut-outs need to be made in the worktop (technical drawings will be provided by us).

7. Application in worktop (cut-out) Each PITT® cooking model has its own cut-out pattern. The cut-outs are easy to process with the use of (one of) the following: - Printed or digital template (full size) - DXF-file, provided by PITT® cooking

7. Application in worktop (measurements) A brief overview of the required measurements: Thickness Minimum (original) thickness of worktop: 4 mm Maximum (original) thickness of worktop: 35 mm Depth Our ‘basic’ models require a minimum worktop depth ≥ 600 mm Our ‘XL’ models require a minimum worktop depth ≥ 650 mm

cooking system

The PITT速 cooking system always needs to be installed by a certified fitter (no different than traditional cooking appliances). The installation process is easy and explained in detail in our assembly manual.

9. Gas / electric connection Gas Each PITT速 cooking module can be arranged in any gas type and pressure possible: Natural Gas, Town Gas, LPG (propane, butane).

Electric Each PITT速 cooking module has an electric ignition that can be prepared in 110V, 220V and 1,5V.
