THIS YEAR, I know that there a lot of milestones that I achieved personally. I never considered work as something personal but when you get to work with individuals who are probably reading this, you would know that this is personal, this is a family and this is home.

To the one reading this, I wish you had a very good holiday season and a prosperous 2022. We still have work to do and you have me all the way, I assure you.

THIS TEAM welcomed me with some anxiety as to what kind of person I would be. I vividly remember that I was asked how I handle delinquents, which to this day still baffles me since I know that there are no delinquent people here in the Crew. I have learned to love each and every person in this team in a professional and a custom way. 2021 brought me surprises, everything that I can be thankful for and some things that I still need to improve on.

There were several challenges that I faced as a leader, especially first time being remote full-time. I have always looked back and told myself how did I survive the early parts of 2021 professionally. I only had experience managing people that I can see and was with them in joy and hardship, I only learned well through shadowing physically and I operate best if I have my team right next to me. With that doubt came a realization, that this
