Our Essence PISTIS Foundation is a non-profit, social enterprise vehicle, established to be a model provider of empowerment opportunities for the economically challenged in target communities with education, health and shelter as key focus areas. Unique to us at Pistis Foundation is our focus on economically challenged individuals, because we recognize that even the previously empowered can fall into trying times and may temporarily be unable to meet some of their basic needs. Our interventions therefore focus on providing quality health care, education and shelter to those who require it at the time.

he Kids-off-the-Street (KOTS) shelter is designed to receive homeless children, rehabilitate them, and successfully reintegrate them into society. The shelter opened on June 26th, 2021, with 12 children who
were later joined by a second batch of 11. KOTS shelter currently houses 23 children. Plans are underway for expansion as there is room to do much more.

U
bomi Medical and Surgical Outreach is a free medical outreach program held annually to provide Medical and Surgical succor to the economically challenged and underserved members of select communities. These outreach locations vary each year. So far, over 21,100 Medical interventions have been carried out successfully with no recorded death, to the glory of God.

he Pistis Foundation Scholarship program provides tuition coverage to economically challenged students who have demonstrated strong academic promise. The program is run in collaboration with
partner schools across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Benue, and Delta States. The overarching goal of the Program is to support scholars through to graduation from Tertiary Institutions.

am really delighted to celebrate our fifth anniversary with you, our dedicated partner.
Without doubt, your generous support has enabled us to record life-changing stories, within this short period of time, and this is just the beginning. Our strategic focus on health, education, and shelter initiatives have enabled us to impact thousands of lives in Nigeria, whilst also inspiring others around the world, to impact lives, where possible. We are immensely grateful to the Almighty, for all that has been achieved thus far, and look forward to doing more in the years to come. We also welcome all our new partners who recently joined our pool of long-standing collaborators, impacting lives with us.
Thank you for coming to celebrate this milestone with us, and to support the children in our kids-off-thestreet shelter. Your kind donation will go a long way in ensuring the sustainability and scaling of our shelter initiative, as well as other programs at Pistis Foundation. We encourage you to commit to partnering with us for the long haul, in order to enable us scale our reach and impact even more lives. t feels just like yesterday that I was entrusted with a company operational license and a powerful vision. Today, 5 years later, we are here to celebrate the impact borne out of the vision of our founder, Godman Akinlabi.

It is indeed a privilege to record the successes we have achieved in this time and I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to have led this organisation through the various budding stages.
The 23 children in our kids-offthe-streets shelter program, and the co-hosts of today's event have made tremendous personal and educational With the wisdom and guidance of our Board of Trustees and progress in their time at our Advisory Board, we have provided essential interventions in Shelter, with two of them now registered at a prestigious our key focus areas of health, education, and shelter. Our annual Ubomi Free Medical and Surgical Outreach which has fast become our flagship program, has provided primary medical and surgical care to over 10,000 individuals facing a number of health challenges. 133 bright but underserved children have been placed in top tier primary and secondary schools, mainly across the south-west and south-south region
