It’s a simple principle and if used properly your whole world can be controlled by you and you alone. The Law of thinking is as real as the Law of gravity, what you focus your thoughts and feelings on, the universe will manifest for you, be it good or bad.

Every thought that you have sends out a vibratory frequency into the universe. When the universe receives this frequency, it matches it with a similar thought frequency and manifests it back into your life in the shape of an experience.

So you see, when you waste your time complaining about things, it doesn’t matter what those things are, the universe picks up on this request and sends you more and more situations to complain about.
