• To encourage, build up, and support those around us in their faith journey through words, actions and personal invitation to participate in the life of God’s church here at Pinnacle Presbyterian Church and throughout the world.13

• To encourage the success of all ministries at Pinnacle, including those to which we are individually committed and those in which we do not participate.

• To trust process, accepting and supporting both lay and professional leadership,14 including session’s responsibility for guiding our ministries and setting Godly boundaries.15

• To be mindful of others’ time and commitments, including ministers, staff and volunteers, and to respect roles and responsibilities of professional leadership.
