innacle executed the virtual construction of the 3D Modeling of the Peloton Building - a commercial real-estate in Denver, Colorado, extended over an area of 2,72,718 sq ft. The purpose of this project was the development of an apartment building E for rental work with the Community Center at the end of the sidewalk. 3 floors of the Community Center needed to be constructed. The 1st floor included a 6,000 sq.ft. fitness center, spin & yoga room with men's & women's locker rooms. The 2nd floor consisted of a lounge area, outdoor viewing deck and indoor/outdoor fireplace as well as games, billiards, meeting, conference and screening rooms. Moreover, the 3rd floor included a rooftop pavilion with year-round pool and 2 hot tubs & fire pit, overlooking the sweeping views of the Flatirons. We have deployed 10 engineers for producing the coordinated model and shop drawings of the project. We worked closely with all stakeholders for complete clash resolution and eliminating rework. We finally produced the shop drawings from the model for coordination.

Scope of Work Pinnacle scope of work for this project included coordinated modeling and creation of various drawings including Shop/Fabrication Drawings, Sleeve & Hanger Drawings and Riser Drawings for plumbing and architectural base modeling. During the modeling we validated the design for constructability, performance and maintenance. We followed the SMACNA codes for reviewing the specification. We generated the final model after resolving all clashes by re-routing pipes.
