Tell us what you’re creating, your timing, anticipated usage, and any artwork styles or Pink Light artists you already have in mind.

EXPLORE ARTWORK

Dive into our Gallery to explore the incredible variety of artwork and artists at Pink Light. Need a little help? We’re always happy to curate a package just for you.

SELECT + SHAPE THE DETAILS

Sometimes the artwork comes first, and sometimes the terms do. You may fall in love with a design and then decide which option works best for you, or we may establish the structure first and curate artwork from there. We’ll work together to make the process smooth and easy.

CONFIRM THE DETAILS

Once we’ve landed on the artwork and terms, we’ll confirm availability, pricing, usage, timing, and any applicable review or hold period.

CREATE + PERFECT

Need a few finishing touches or something created just for you? We’ll coordinate approved adjustments or custom artwork to get everything just right.

FINALIZE + DELIVER

Once approved, we’ll send over the final artwork files and make sure all agreements are wrapped up. Here’s to the beginning of a great partnership!

ROYALTY LICENSING Grow Together A great ﬁt for clients set up to report and pay royalties based on product sales. Designed for long-term partnerships, royalty licensing allows us to grow together—exploring new designs, themes, and artists as needs evolve. The client and studio share in both the risk and reward, creating an opportunity to build something successful together.

• $300 minimum advance/artwork • 6-10% royalty • Includes a complimentary 3-month hold

(if requested) with first right of refusal. If another client is ready to proceed with the artwork during the hold period, you’ll have the first opportunity to move forward or release the artwork. • Worldwide rights • Exclusive per licensed product • Artist retains ownership and copyright

FLAT FEE LICENSING Simple + Flexible A simple + ﬂexible way to license artwork for a ﬁxed fee with no ongoing royalty reporting. Ideal for holding artwork, accessing more of our portfolio, or licensing artwork already licensed in another product category.

A. Standard Package • Starting at $750/artwork

B. Premium Package • Starting at $950/artwork • Same terms as standard package, but

includes a complimentary 3-month hold with first right of refusal. If another client is ready to proceed with the artwork during the hold period, you’ll have the first opportunity to move forward or release the artwork.

C. Standard Puzzle package

• Includes up to 3 products

• Starting at $1500/artwork

• Includes 3 year term

• Same terms as Standard Package

• No holding period included • Worldwide rights • Exclusive per licensed product • Artist retains ownership and

OUTRIGHT PURCHASE Make it Yours For clients who want full ownership and maximum ﬂexibility. An outright purchase transfers ownership and copyright to your company, giving you the freedom to use the artwork across products and programs without an ongoing license term or royalty reporting.
