Starting the Day with Positivity and Unity

At the beginning of each school day, a special ritual unfolds at Lower Campus – the daily morning assembly. It’s a unique time of unity, where our K-2 students and teachers gather and set the tone for a day of learning and exploration.

With the principles of positivity and connection as cornerstones, morning assembly incorporates engaging activities that promote the holistic development of our students. Students enjoy singing songs, moving to music, celebrating birthdays, and learning lessons from their SEL Kimochi friends. As a special treat, once a week, one of our teachers hand-picks a favorite book to read to the children.

Morning assembly at Lower Campus is more than a routine; it's an experience and celebration, bonding the campus community together and instilling in our students an eager anticipation for each new day. The laughter, camaraderie and shared learning these mornings bring indeed set the stage for a positive day ahead.
