RULES AND PROCEDURES
Payment In Full
Your pre-registered credit card will automatically be charged at the end of the evening for any purchases made in the Live Auction, Fund-A-Need, games, and raffles. For all other silent auction categories, your preregistered card will be charged on Monday, April 17th, at 10:00 pm, when the online silent auction closes. Contact events@pinewood.edu if you will need to change your form of payment.
All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is. There are no exchanges or refunds. All auction items and services must be used by the date listed in BidPal or on your award certificate. Any limitations are at the discretion of the donors and are not the responsibility of Pinewood School.
Pick Up Items
All purchased items must be claimed between April 17th and 28th at Pinewood's Middle Campus.
Item Value
Stated values are not warranted by Pinewood School for tax purposes or general value. Payment of an auction price in excess of an item’s fair market value may qualify for a tax deduction Please consult your tax advisor for advice Pinewood School’s Tax ID Number is 94-1527492
Restrictions
Auction items for services, vacation homes, etc may be arranged at the mutual convenience of the buyer and donor The buyer is responsible for initiating contact with the donor to make arrangements. The award certificate will specify how long an offer is valid and include all relevant contact information.
