A Message From the Chair
Dear Pinewood Community,
It is with great excitement that I am sharing the catalog for the Pinewood 2023 Benefit Auction, Roaring 20s with you! Within its pages, you will find exclusive sports packages, beautiful homes offered by our generous community members, and perhaps the most exciting; unique opportunities for faculty-led student experiences.
As you browse through these items, please remember that all proceeds from this event, online and in person go towards the Pinewood Faculty Professional Development and Graduate Study Reimbursement Program. I hope you are as thrilled as I am to have this opportunity to support our teachers in their efforts to continue to grow professionally–to become better teachers so they can create the excellent learning environment that is the heart of a Pinewood education. Pinewood faculty is dedicated to working tirelessly to nurture our children’s minds and hearts. Your support of the Benefit Auction is one way to thank them for their dedication and hard work.

Fund-A-Need is an outright donation to Faculty Professional Development and the Graduate Reimbursement Program.

Faculty Professional Development and the Graduate Study Reimbursement Program is a distinctive fund that supports Pinewood’s incredible faculty and staff. The fund provides muchneeded resources for ongoing faculty participation in conferences and programs where they learn the best possible ways to create an excellent academic experience for our students.
Pinewood faculty pride themselves on being lifelong learners and consistently working to improve their teaching techniques by aligning them with current best practices and research.

PAYMENT IN FULL
Your pre-registered credit card will automatically be charged at the end of the evening for any purchases made in the Live Auction and Fund-A-Need. For all other silent auction categories, your pre-registered card will be charged on Monday, April 17th, at 10:00 pm, when the online silent auction closes. Contact events@pinewood.edu if you will need to change your form of payment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold as-is. There are no exchanges or refunds. All auction items and services must be used by the date listed in BidPal or on your award certificate. Any limitations are at the discretion of the donors and are not the responsibility of Pinewood School.
PICK UP ITEMS
We will reach out to you the week of April 17th to schedule the pick-up of any physical items/gift certificates.

RESTRICTIONS
Auction items for services, vacation homes, etc may be arranged at the mutual convenience of the buyer and donor The buyer is responsible for initiating contact with the donor to make arrangements. The award certificate will specify how long an offer is valid and include all relevant contact information.
