There are over fifty-five thousand names on the Vietnam Wall in Washington, D.C. and its sister wall in Perryville, MO. One of the names is U.S. Marine L.C.P.L. Glenn Revelle (6/17/49)-(9/11)67) Quang Nam Province, Vietnam. His name is on panel 26E line 57. Glenn was a member of DuQuoin Township High School, class of 1966. He was
one of 26 Veterans from this class. On a bright and sunny day on October 22, 2022, a group of his classmates traveled to Perryville, MO to remember Glenn and other Veterans. The class purchased two memorial bricks in honor of Glenn. One includes his personal information and the other honors Glenn and all the other Veterans from
the class of 1966 so they will never be forgotten. As we walked along the wall we stopped to remember Veterans Cecil Dorsey and Edward Huntley from DuQuoin and Barry Brown from Dowell. It was an enjoyable day of memories and fellowship. May we always remember and honor all our Veterans. -Class of DTHS 1966
