MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR
Hello, I’m City of Coolidge Mayor Jon Thompson and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our vibrant city, nestled between Phoenix and Tucson. Known for its rapid growth and cultural diversity, Coolidge is home to the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, a major attraction managed by the National Park Service.
In recent years, Coolidge has reached significant milestones, particularly in business and development. Nikola Corporation manufacturing plant, located in the Inland Port of Arizona (IPAZ), employs over 250 people and is expanding to produce up to 35,000 trucks annually with a workforce of nearly 1,800. Procter & Gamble is also investing $500 million in a new manufacturing plant set to begin construction in 2024, with operations expected by 2025. The city has received substantial grants, including $15 million for roadway improvements and $9.5 million for upgrades to the Municipal Airport, which is attracting more businesses like Daycraft Systems and Ecube.
Our housing market remains robust, with single family homebuilders like DR Horton, Century Complete, Oakwood, KB and Richmond American Homes providing a range of housing options for new residents.
Upcoming multi and single-family housing projects are in the planning and design process including Casa Blanca Apartments, Edgewood, and Hawk Hollow.
Coolidge is committed to quality amenities, offering 12 parks and recreational facilities. Our Aquatics Center, which opened in 2021, is a popular spot for families. We also offer diverse sports leagues and collaborate with local schools on various programs.
Explore our local eateries offering a range of dining choices, and support our small businesses through the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce’s Shop Local initiative. Our transit system is a key community asset, and the Coolidge Municipal Airport, with its WWII history, hosts public Fly-ins on the first Saturday of the month from November to April.
I especially want to recognize our Coolidge Unified School District for excellence in academic programming and instruction and a commitment to community involvement, supported by programs such as dual enrollment with nearby colleges. The Central Arizona Valley Institute of Technology (CAVIT) offers advanced technical training in fields like automotive technology and health sciences, preparing students for both immediate careers and higher education.
Our business-friendly environment and responsive Development Services Department ensure a smooth process for new ventures. Enjoy your visit to Coolidge and feel free to reach out—I’d love to hear your ideas on how we can continue to make our city an even better place to live, work, and play.

PINAL COUNTY – WIDE OPEN OPPORTUNITIES
Pinal County is experiencing exponential growth due to its strategic location, pro-business climate, a plentiful amount of affordable land, and a continual stream of new residents, which provides the vital workforce for new and expanding companies.
The County’s location between both the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas has made it a destination of choice for both residents and businesses alike. Between 2014 and 2024, the County grew by approximately 22.4%, and the current estimated population is approaching 485,000.
The County’s location along with outstanding transportation assets, including direct access to Interstates 8 and 10 as well as excellent
rail service, make it the perfect location to serve some of the largest economies in the world, including California, Texas and Mexico.
In previous generations, the County’s economic vitality was driven by its natural resources, which included the agriculture and mining industries. Mining activity is returning to the County due to copper’s importance in electric vehicle and solar applications, with billions of dollars of new investment and thousands of new jobs expected in the coming years. However, as Pinal County looks to the future its strategic location is driving activity in the manufacturing and logistics industries.
In recent years, the County has seen significant development and announcements in the electric vehicle manufacturing space, including major investments from Lucid Motors, Nikola Motors and LG Energy Solution. Semiconductor factory projects in the Phoenix metro area have driven a number of announcements from companies in the industry’s supply chain, including CCP, LCY, Air Products, Kanto, NRS and Jing He Science. Projects are underway that are related to the manufacturing of building materials, which are necessary to support the significant growth in the Southwest and beyond, and include Kohler, Gold Bond (National Gypsum) and FrameTec. In addition, it is anticipated that Procter & Gamble will break ground on a 2M square foot facility in late 2024.
All told, in approximately seven years, the County has seen the development or announcement of over $10.4B in private sector investment and nearly 14,000 jobs.

BUILDING FOR TOMORROW IN THE ‘SUN CORRIDOR’
Business View Magazine interviews representatives of Coolidge, Arizona for our focus on Economic Development in North American Towns & Cities
Coolidge, Arizona, stands at the forefront of the ‘Sun Corridor,’ driving regional growth and innovation. In an insightful conversation with Mayor Jon Thompson, City Manager Rick Miller, Development Services Director Gilbert Lopez, and Lynn Parsons, Executive Director of the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce, the city’s leadership team shares numerous updates, reflecting the community’s transformation and the strategic initiatives shaping its future.
ANCHORS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
One of the most significant developments is the anticipated ground breaking of the Procter & Gamble manufacturing facility. Lopez elaborates, “We’re anticipating them breaking ground this fall. They aim to start moving earth and begin building the facility.” The new addition is set to manufacture laundry dryer sheets and Tide Pods, bringing substantial employment opportunities and bolstering Coolidge’s reputation as a key player in the industrial landscape.
Nikola Motor Company, another key regional employer, is making strides in producing hydrogen fuel cell and battery semi-trucks at their advanced facility. “They’re leading the way in zero-emission semi-trucks,” says Lopez. The company’s presence underlines Coolidge’s dedication to innovative and sustainable industries.
Mayor Thompson expresses his enthusiasm for these developments and their positive impact on the community: “Having Procter & Gamble and Nikola in our community not only creates jobs but also attracts other businesses and industries, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment that we can all be proud of. The city is able to respond
to companies looking to locate their business in Coolidge by quickly assembling a team of decision makers to ensure a projects success.”
AIRPORT ENHANCEMENTS
Coolidge Municipal Airport has undergone substantial improvements, including power upgrades and the addition of companies like E-Cube and Daycraft Systems. These changes have transformed the airport from a dormant facility to a thriving hub, creating new job opportunities. The FAA’s recent approval of the airport master plan further cements its potential as a major economic driver.
Miller adds, “We now have 179 people working at the airport, up from just 40 a few years ago. Companies like E-Cube, which disassembles and repairs planes, and Daycraft Systems, a military contractor, bring highpaying jobs to the community.”
These developments are complemented by the airport’s increasing capacity to handle larger projects and aircraft. Thompson explains, “With the new power lines and increased amperage capacity, we can now attract even bigger companies to our airport, further boosting employment and economic activity.”
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Workforce development remains a priority, with Central Arizona College (CAC) playing a crucial role. New programs in automated industrial technology, commercial electrical welding, and commercial driver’s licenses are some highlights. Miller notes, “We work closely with the college to ensure we meet the needs of local businesses.” The collaborative efforts between CAC and local industries ensure a steady pipeline of skilled workers to support Coolidge’s growing economy.
Mayor Thompson emphasizes the importance of these programs,
saying, “Our community is known for stepping out and being relevant to what’s going on. The CDL training program is a testament to our commitment to providing practical, job-ready skills.”
The city also collaborates with other educational institutions and local businesses to offer various training opportunities. “We have programs that cater to different industries, from nursing to drone technology,” says Lopez. “This variety ensures that we can meet the diverse needs of our growing economy.”
HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS
Coolidge’s housing market is responding to increased demand for single- and multi-family units. “We’re seeing a pickup in permits from big players like DR Horton and KB Homes,” says Lopez. The city is also expanding rental options, with over 500 units in various stages of development. This balance between rental and ownership options caters to a diverse population, from new homebuyers to long-term renters.
Miller provides further insight: “At our peak in 2021, nearly 700 singlefamily homes were constructed. Although there was a dip due to rising interest rates, we’re seeing a resurgence in single-family and multi-family housing developments.”
The diversity in housing options is crucial for accommodating the city’s growing population. “We want to ensure that everyone, from young professionals to families and retirees, has access to quality housing,” says Parsons. “Our goal is to create a community where everyone feels welcome and supported.”
RENEWABLE ENERGY INITIATIVES
The city’s commitment to renewable energy is evident through numerous solar projects. Lopez highlights, “We’ve approved a significant amount of land for future solar development.” These projects contribute to a greener environment and attract industries seeking to leverage clean energy.
Miller shares an exciting update, “Recently, CNBC featured a large solar battery project in our region, the largest of its kind.” This project, consisting of 857,000 solar panels, will primarily power Meta’s data center,
demonstrating Coolidge’s capacity to support major tech companies with green energy.
Coolidge has become a leader in renewable energy, with several large-scale solar projects already in operation. The city has seen a significant influx of these projects, driven by federal incentives and its strategic location. This development benefits the environment and positions Coolidge as a hub for green technology.
ENHANCING QUALITY OF LIFE
The development of the Coolidge Regional Park master plan focuses on quality-of-life improvements. Phase one, set to begin this summer, includes a dog park, playgrounds, a fitness court, and more. “Our first phase will include a variety of recreational facilities,” says Lopez. This initiative reflects the city’s dedication to providing residents with ample recreational opportunities.
Mayor Thompson adds, “We’ve seen our local baseball and soccer teams double in size. The new park facilities will help accommodate this growth and provide a space for our community to gather and stay active.”
The park master plan is designed to evolve with the community’s needs. “As our population grows, we’ll continue to add new amenities and improve existing ones,” says Lopez. “This ensures that the park remains a vibrant and welcoming space for everyone.”
ISO RATING UPGRADE
Establishing a full-time fire department has significantly improved Coolidge’s emergency response capabilities. “Our ISO rating has increased to a three,” notes Miller. “This upgrade enhances public safety and lowers insurance premiums for businesses and residents.”
Mayor Thompson recounts the journey: “When I first started, we had an ISO rating of five. The mayor and council wanted us to go full-time, and once we did that and made a few other improvements, our rating increased to a three. This benefits local businesses because a higher insurance rating from fire response generally means better insurance rates.”
Reflecting on the fire chief’s contributions, Thompson adds, “We have one of the best fire chiefs in the country. He served in Oklahoma City during the bombing and was a combat medic in Iraq and South Korea. He’s been instrumental in improving our fire department.”
Transitioning to a full-time fire department was a major undertaking, but it has already paid off. “The calls for service have doubled, and our response times have improved significantly,” says Miller. “This is a critical component of our commitment to public safety.”
BUILDING FOR TOMORROW IN THE ‘SUN CORRIDOR’
ENHANCING CONNECTIVITY
Transportation infrastructure is another critical area of focus.
Coolidge’s transit system, including the Cotton Express and Central Arizona Regional Transit (CART), provides vital services to residents. “We’re looking to expand services to new industrial areas to accommodate the workforce,” states Thompson. The expansion ensures that residents have reliable and efficient transportation options as the city grows.
Miller explains, “Our transit system serves local needs and connects residents to larger regional hubs. This connectivity is crucial for both our workforce and overall community mobility.”
The city’s transportation initiatives also include plans for future passenger rail services. “We’re working hard to ensure Coolidge becomes a key stop on future passenger rail routes,” Thompson notes. “This will further enhance our connectivity and support our economic growth.”
COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Strong community partnerships are integral to Coolidge’s success. “Partnerships with local businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies are critical,” emphasizes Parsons.
“The Arizona Commerce Authority helps us attract and work with local industries, and the workforce development programs of the county are vital. These collaborations enable the city to respond effectively to challenges and capitalize on opportunities, fostering a supportive environment for growth.”
Mayor Thompson highlights a recent success story: “Developers have donated to our schools, ensuring every child in Coolidge can read by the third grade. These partnerships are invaluable to our community’s progress. We’ve also seen developers put a new roof on our American Legion building and help with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) building. Their contributions make a significant difference, especially for our veterans.”
The city’s approach to partnerships extends beyond just economic development. Coolidge works closely with local organizations to support
various initiatives, from healthcare to environmental conservation. This holistic approach ensures that all aspects of the community are thriving.
TOURISM AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
Coolidge’s rich cultural heritage, highlighted by the Casa Grande Ruins, attracts over 100,000 visitors annually. “This tourism piece is a significant contributor to our local economy,” notes Parsons. The preservation and promotion of these historical sites ensure that Coolidge remains a vibrant destination for visitors.
Miller adds, “Tourism not only brings in revenue but also highlights our community’s unique history and charm. It’s a vital part of what makes Coolidge special.”
In addition to the Casa Grande Ruins, Coolidge hosts various cultural and community events yearly. The annual festivals and events draw visitors from all over the region, celebrating the city’s heritage and bringing the community together.
YEARS OF SERVICE
As Coolidge continues to evolve, the city’s leadership remains committed to strategic growth and development. Mayor Thompson’s vision is clear: “We’re focused on creating a community where people want to live, work, and play.” With ongoing initiatives in economic development, infrastructure, and quality of life improvements, Coolidge is prepared for a bright and prosperous future.
Reflecting on his 43 years of municipal service, Miller adds, “It’s been an honor to serve Coolidge. The partnerships we’ve formed and the progress we’ve made are a testament to the dedication of our entire team.”
Parsons echoes this sentiment: “Our community’s success is built on collaboration and a shared vision for the future. We have a strong foundation and are excited for what’s to come.”
BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Coolidge, Arizona, is a model of progress and innovation driven by a dedicated leadership team and strong community partnerships. The city’s strategic initiatives are transforming its economic landscape and enhancing its residents’ quality of life, making Coolidge a thriving and dynamic place to call home.
With ongoing projects and a clear vision for the future, Coolidge sets the standard for sustainable development and community engagement. As Mayor Thompson aptly puts it, “We are building a future where every resident can thrive, every business can grow, and every visitor can feel the unique spirit of Coolidge.”

Achieve Pinal, a project of Pinal Alliance for Economic Growth, is a regional grassroots effort dedicated to working with education, government, business and other interested community partners to develop a competitive workforce for current and future jobs by improving educational attainment in Pinal County.
Achieve Pinal has adopted strategies established by Achieve60AZ that are focused on the goal of 60% of Arizona adults successfully acquiring a professional certificate or a 2 or 4- year college degree by 2030. Our Career Expo and Achieve Pinal Experience Corps programs directly address the deficits in Pinal County’s population by making residents aware of education opportunities and careers available in Pinal County and working toward a goal of having all third-grade students reading at grade level by the time they leave third grade. Eighty-three percent of participants in last year’s program moved up one full grade level, and five percent moved up at least two grade levels, which is more than twice the national average.
For more information about Achieve Pinal, education and career development, visit www.achievepinal.org or call (520) 836-6868.

COOLIDGE’S 100TH BIRTHDAY
HAPPY 100TH BIRTHDAY, COOLIDGE!
Dear Coolidge,
It seems like only yesterday that Richard J. Jones platted your townsite on June 2nd, 1925. In 1924, Congress approved the construction of the Coolidge Dam across the Gila River and the Southern Pacific Railroad laid down its new main line through the land where you were located. These two events made your location a viable option for a young town that would serve the agriculture community and would prosper in the area because of water from the Coolidge Dam. You weren’t very big when you were first platted and you only extended to the railroad tracks on the east, Arizona Boulevard on the west, Northern Avenue on the north and Coolidge Avenue on the south. However, within three months Clement Seagoe had platted out his land, followed by Oliver Baughn in 1927. In 1928, Harry M. Kennedy filed his plat for North Coolidge and Richard J. Jones established a second addition. You were growing quickly!
Your first 5 years saw incredible growth. Even before the Coolidge Dam was completed in 1928, Phoenix papers described you as the fastest growing town in Arizona. Within 3 years, a cotton gin, an ice plant, several garages, a hotel, grocery stores, a hospital, a school, post office, restaurant, community church and women’s club were established. As there was no town government, members of the community came together and formed the Coolidge Chamber of Commerce in January of 1928 to coordinate and develop all the infrastructure that you would need to be successful.
In 1930, the new Tucson-Phoenix highway (today’s State Route 87) was completed, bringing travelers right through town. You were the place to stop for food, gas and lodging and your population had already grown to 1000 residents. On Saturdays, farmers from the surrounding area came into town to shop and the downtown streets were crowded with people. World War II brought the Coolidge Army Airfield outside town, bringing in even more people.
From the beginning, you dreamed of becoming a city and members of the Coolidge Chamber began to talk about incorporation as soon as
they were formed. But it took a while. Efforts were delayed in the 1930’s during the Great Depression because of the financial impact it would have on the residents. World War II further delayed your incorporation but finally in 1945, you became the city you were destined to be!
In the 1950’s, life was exciting! In 1952, Charles Cohen built a new store called Cohen’s Popular Department Store. It was just across the street from the Post Office and the interior rivaled anything you could see in a major city. Residents enjoyed 2 movie theaters, a drive in theater, a roller-skating rink and their own radio station, KCKY. Waylon Jennings was a disc jockey at the station. You were also the hometown to Duane Eddy and Jimmy Dell (Delbridge) who went on to become well known musicians. Life was good.
Things changed in the 1960’s. Interstate 10 was completed and travelers between Tucson and Phoenix no longer traveled through Coolidge. Life didn’t change immediately but as business slowed, many of the businesses closed. Your residents still loved you, but you became a small town with a population between 6,000 -7,000 people. After the millennium, however, you started growing again. New housing areas
were springing up and people were moving in. The 2008 recession did slow things down for a while but when the country recovered, new houses were going up like crazy! Your estimated population in 2022 was now over 16,000 residents and growing. New businesses are beginning, and your residents are seeing more amenities and services in the community. Businesses like Nikola and Procter & Gamble are bringing in new jobs. Although some of the old landmarks have been lost over the years, some like the Coolidge Airport are seeing new life with the expansion of businesses at the airport and a fly-in on the first Saturday of every month between November and April.
Coolidge, you have every reason to be proud! You’ve lived through the boom times and the slow times, only to start booming again. I have every reason to believe that things will continue to be great.
Sincerely, The Future

CITY OF COOLIDGE AIRPORT INFORMATION
The Coolidge Municipal Airport has a rich history and continues to play a vital role in serving the local community and aviation enthusiasts from across the country. Originally constructed by the U.S. Department of the Army in the early 1940s as the Coolidge Army Airfield, the airport has undergone significant transformations over the years.
In its early days, the Coolidge Army Airfield was designed as a single-engine aircraft flight training school. However, during World War II, it operated as an air transport command base, serving as an auxiliary operating base for what is now known as the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The Secretary of War declared the airport surplus in November 1945, leading to its transfer to Pinal County in January 1950. Subsequently, the site was transferred to the City of Coolidge in March 1959. From 1962 to 1992, the airport was primarily used for military purposes under lease agreements. In 1992, it transitioned to civilian use after the military no longer required its operations.
Today, the Coolidge Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the City of Coolidge and is home to various aviation-related businesses. The airport received a significant boost in May 2019 when it was awarded a $9.5 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This grant was used to completely refurbish the airport’s runways, returning them to like-new condition, and to install new lighting. In 2023, the airport received a $777,000 grant for runway maintenance, which involved crack sealing, fog seal coat, and restriping of both runways.
The airport still boasts a historic wooden military hangar, which has made appearances in television commercials and movies. Two of the original three runways built in a triangular layout are still in use. The airport covers an expansive 1,268 acres and is strategically located just 5 miles southeast of Coolidge.
The recently reconstructed runways and its proximity to the nearby Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas have drawn the attention of businesses. Since 2020, several new enterprises have established themselves at the airport, capitalizing on the vast land area and strategic location. The City has upgraded the existing power lines into the airport to accommodate future business expansion and further enhance the facility. The Arizona Water Company has installed and maintains a 200,000-gallon water storage tank to meet fire flow requirements and future water needs.
The Coolidge Municipal Airport is not only a hub for aviation commerce but also a focal point for community engagement. Each year, from November until April, the airport hosts a popular fly-in event on the first Saturday of the month. The event includes a buffet-style pancake
breakfast, generously served by the Coolidge Lions Club. Pilots from across the nation participate, showcasing a diverse range of aircraft, from vintage and unique flyers to modern-day jets and experimental flying exhibits. This event is a crowd-pleaser and also serves as a fundraiser for various programs in Coolidge, benefiting both youth and elderly initiatives. We invite you to come and witness this exciting event for yourself while enjoying breakfast with us!
The Coolidge Municipal Airport continues to be a dynamic and evolving part of our community, offering a glimpse into our past and a promising future for aviation and local business.
Additionally, the airport has undertaken several new projects to enhance its infrastructure and services. Recent upgrades include Roadway Design and Engineered Plans, Right of Way surveys, and Environmental Studies for FAA preapproval and grant submittal requirements.
The Coolidge Municipal Airport remains a vital asset to the region, contributing to the local economy and serving as a gateway for aviation enthusiasts and businesses alike. We look forward to continuing our growth and development, ensuring that the airport remains a cornerstone of the Coolidge community for years to come.

CASA GRANDE RUINS NATIONAL MONUMENT
“Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, next exit”.
Visitors and travelers will see the familiar brown sign on the side of the highway telling them there is a National Park Service site just a few miles away in the town of Coolidge, AZ, a stop along their trip between Tucson and Phoenix, or a stop between larger sites like Grand Canyon and Saguaro National Parks. People are drawn to the site for many reasons, while most are excited to see another of the 22 national park sites in Arizona.
Once they drive through town and arrive at the park, a large adobe structure with a tall roof shelter over it stands in the distance. This structure, known as the Great House, (Siwan Wa’a ki or Sivan Vah’ki in O’odham language), is the main structure visitors picture when they hear the park’s name. However, once they visit this place, they leave with knowledge of an indigenous culture that have built lives here for centuries.
Six indigenous tribes are affiliated with Casa Grande Ruins. They are four O’odham tribes, The Tohono O’odham Nation, Gila River Indian Community, Ak-Chin Indian Community, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, as well as the Hopi Tribe and Zuni People. They remain connected to this area and continue to live and reside on ancestral lands.
Evidence suggests the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People were from an earlier hunting and gathering culture that began around 5,500 B.C.E. They made use of native plants and animals of the desert.
SUNSET PROGRAM: January 13th, 2025
NOVEMBER TOURS:
Starting November 11th, 2024
Twice a day: 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m.
DECEMBER TOURS:
Starting December 26th, 2024
Four times a day: 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. & 2:00 p.m.
These included cactus fruits, pads and buds, mesquite beans, and the medicinal creosote bush. Local game included birds, squirrels, rabbits, snakes and lizards, as well as fish and clams from the rivers and canals. Larger game such as mule deer and bighorn sheep could be hunted in the mountains.
Due to the area growing hotter and drier causing wild plants and animals to be less abundant, the communities transformed into an agricultural way of life. They grew corn, beans, squash, cotton, and tobacco, using water from mountain run-offs and rivers to provide water for the crops and themselves. They traded material goods with other people from far and near, using their skills to create and trade food, jewelry, pottery, and surplus crops.
As the culture shifted and changed over the centuries, through drought, flood, lack of resources, and the normal shifts in the environment, the people adjusted to a different way of living. They built new communities or moved to new areas to start anew, while always remaining connected to their ancestral lands.
A visit to Casa Grande Ruins National Monument is a great way to learn about the people, the culture, and the changes that took place over thousands of years and into the present. Throughout the year, the monument is opened daily, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., except for the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Juneteenth, and Independence Day. You can learn more about the history of this site by checking out the official website at www.nps.gov/cagr.

COOLIDGE COTTON DAYS
43rd Annual Cotton Days
February 28th , March 1st & 2nd, 2025
In March, the Coolidge Cotton Days Festival will once again be a cherished annual event, celebrating the city’s rich history and its deep connection to cotton. This festival is a testament to the pride and strong community spirit that defines Coolidge.
Coolidge’s roots trace back to the ancient Ancestral Sonoran Desert People, whose ingenuity in farming and engineering is still evident in the area’s complex irrigation systems. Visitors can explore this legacy at the Casa Grande Ruins National Monument in Coolidge, which offers a glimpse into the region’s ancient ruins and artifacts.
Founded in 1925, Coolidge’s strategic location, bolstered by the construction of the Coolidge Dam and the Southern Pacific Railroad, made it an ideal hub for the cotton industry’s expansion. Cotton farming has played a pivotal role in the city’s development, and the Cotton Days Festival celebrates this vibrant history.
The three-day festival is a joyous occasion filled with activities for all ages. It kicks off with the Teen Night Dance Contest on Friday, followed by a fantastic Saturday parade and a 5K run/walk. The festivities continue with Cotton Bale Rolling, a Beer Garden, a Tractor Show, and carnival rides. Attendees can also enjoy delicious treats from food booths, explore vendor booths, and appreciate the quilt show hosted by the Coolidge Cotton Patchers at the Woman’s Club.
A significant highlight of the Cotton Days Festival is the active community participation. It’s an opportunity to experience the unique culture, history, and community spirit that make Coolidge a special place.

ARIZONA COOLIDGE
The City of Coolidge and Arizona Water Company know how much our residents value information related to state water concerns and local water resources. We believe that informing people on these topics supports their ability to make a difference in their community. We encourage Coolidge residents to follow our Every Drop Counts campaign on Facebook to learn more about where their water comes from, the City and Arizona Water Company’s ongoing water conservation efforts, and how they can help conserve water for Coolidge’s future. For more information about this effort, visit everydropcountscoolidge.com. For conservation questions, email savewater@azwater.com.
