We also benefit from the support of selected partner companies, Palmer Capital and Wrenbridge. Private equity firm, Palmer Capital, specialises in real estate and is currently responsible for managing a global portfolio worth ÂŁ1bn plus. The 220-acre site, which has attracted a host of international companies from the life science pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, also offers premium office accommodation to a diverse range of successful commercial businesses.

We were brought on board at Colworth Park to run all their operations. The site is an innovative science, research and business park, made up of an 100-acre Science Park and 1,200 acre Unilever farmland.

Project Support Former Manston Airport This former airport site in Kent is a success story in the making with a vision in place for an ambitious mixed use development that will create a new community of homes, employment and leisure facilities.

ParkServe have been supporting the owners of the site, while they prepare final proposals, looking after security and grounds maintenance, as well as co-ordinating the site’s temporary role as a holding area for freight vehicles.

JAVA Café is a popular meeting spot at our parks. Serving up freshly roasted coffee, an assortment of teas and a selection of soft drinks, tenants can enjoy relaxing, socialising and conducting business meetings at JAVA Café.

JAVA to go is our bespoke catering delivery service. Tenants can choose from our catering menus and get their orders

delivered to their office or meeting spaces.

This service is perfect for when tenants are entertaining special guests or have staff lunches or meetings planned in.

At JAVA Bakery, our artisan bakers serve up an assortment of delights, from freshly baked specialty loaves, and savoury pastries to sweet patisseries. Hot breakfast and lunch options are also served daily.
