The upcoming October 24th municipal election will be short a dedicated veteran of city politics. Point Douglas Councillor, Mike Pagtakhan, recently announced that after four straight, successful terms in office, he will not be seeking re-election this coming fall. “To be honest, I surprised myself when I finally made the announcement.
