The project is located in a rural area , in an ecosystem of Paramo at 2850m.a.s.l. in the coordinates 4° 56 ‘0 “N, 74° 11’ 0” W. It is a municipality located in the savannah of Bogotá, 38 km west of the Colombian capital, the average temperature: 13 degrees Celsius, humidity 70%. The conceptual axis is the sustainable design, dialoguing with the place; some parameters were raised under the analysis of the life cycle (LCA) of the materials and procedures. An ecological premise is the consumption of natural resources. The use of energy and water is rationed, and the emissions generated by its components are evaluated and executed in order to see a work with low impact on the ecosystem. A new approach is the roofing of low environmental cost, applying the form like structure like professional search. There are six forms of roof design without form-work, in two types of blocks, raw and baked, a technique developed in Mexico. There are two houses intended to disseminate technological innovations in a contemporary design and construction, with ecological vision, thinking about clean production, from the execution, use, useful life to the reincorporation to the environment in its final phase.
