Beaune 1er cru Blanc 2014 • 100%chardonnay • Jadot owns 14 premiers crus vineyards in the Beaune appellation.

• Sourced 2 vineyards, Les Bressandes and Les Greves • Hand harvested, fermented in barrel and aged for 18 months in barrel with 30% new oak barrel.

Chassagne-Montrachet 1 cru Les Chenevottes 2014 • Very unique premier cru, located on the mid slope of the village. 10 hectares overall. • Hand harvested, purchased grapes, fermented in barrel and aged in barrel for 17 months. 30% of new oak barrels. • 250 cases produced only or 10 barrels.

Santenay Clos des Gatsulards Domaine Gagey 2014 • Estate vineyard of 2,97 hectares.

• Clos des Gatsulards produced a rich wine for Burgundy, southern exposed vineyard and very balanced wine.

• Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel tank for 3 weeks and aged in barrel for 18 months30% of new oak barrel.

Savigny les Beaune 1 cru Les Vergelesses • Estate vineyard. 75 cases produced for the white and 175 cases produced for the red.

• Located at at the border between Savigny les Beaune and Pernand Vergelesses, this wine is extremely refined and designed to aged well.

• Hand harvested, stainless steel fermented for 25 days and 18 months in barrel for ageing.

Morgon Roche Noire Château des Jacques 2011 • Château des Jacques owns 80 hectares, totally independent from Jadot.

• Own 3 hectares in Morgon. Volcanic/granitic soil.

• Hand harvested from two single vineyard located in Morgon. No carbonic fermentation.

• Sorting table, destemmed, fermented in ciment tank for 26 days and 50% aged in barrel for 8 months and 50% in stainlees steel tank for 8 months.

Moulin à Vent, Thorin Château des Jacques • Estate vineyard.

• Moulin à Vent has a pink granitic soil loaded with iron. Moulin à Vent produced very welcoming wines, this is the most well known crus beaujolais wine.

• Hand harvested, sorting tables, detsemmed, no carbonic fermentation, 28 days of fermentation in ciment tank. Aged 12 months in barrel.
