Le minimum de commande est de 150 $ en tout temps avant taxes. Si vous n’avez pas le montant minimum dans votre panier vous n’aurez pas accès au paiement.
LIVRAISON
Les frais de livraison sont de 16$. Ce montant sera ajouté à votre facture sous la section livraison, avec la mention : Distributeurs - Frais de livraison en tout temps · 16,00 $
IMPORTANT : La mention Livraison avec suivi GRATUITE à l’achat de 75 $ et plus apparaît sur notre site. Cela ne concerne pas les distributeurs mais les clients directs.
RAMASSAGE : Aucun ramassage n’est possible à nos bureaux.
LIVRAISON GRATUITE
Nous vous offrons maintenant la livraison gratuite pour les commandes de 1000$ et plus. Aucun code nécessaire, le rabais sera appliqué automatiquement dès maintenant.
PRÉPARATION
Les commandes sont préparées dans une période de 3 jours ouvrables. Une fois la commande envoyée, vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation avec le numéro de suivi de Poste Canada. Par la suite, la livraison sera effectuée dans une période de 3 jours ouvrables au Québec, 6 jours au Canada et 10 jours ouvrables aux États-Unis.
FACTURE
La facture papier est toujours jointe à votre commande. Il est maintenant possible de télécharger votre facture en PDF à partir du courriel de confirmation de commande Vous y trouverez un lien externe sur la ligne de texte suivante : Cliquez ici pour télécharger votre facture PDF / Click here to download your PDF invoice . Le même lien va être disponible dans le courriel de confirmation d’envoi. Les modifications ainsi que le numéro de suivi seront inscrits sur la facture dès qu’il sera disponible. De plus, vous pouvez aller voir les précédentes commandes dans votre compte client. Par contre, il n’y a pas de PDF disponible.

Toutes nos communications aux détaillants sont effectuées via notre infolettre. Nous annonçons les changements ainsi que les nouvelles collections à partir de cet outil. Il est donc très important de vous y inscrire.

3.Vous accédez à la nouvelle page de commande rapide.
Vous voyez les rabais applicables ou non. Vous avez accès à un filtre par type de produit. Les prix avec la réduction devraient être appliqués. Si ce n’est pas le cas, recommencez à l’étape 1.
4.Ajoutez les items désirés à votre panier
Vous pouvez changer de page de produits au bas de la page grâce aux petits ronds gris, pour voir tous les produits disponibles.
5.Une fois terminé, cliquez sur le bouton noir au bas de la page: page

Cliquez sur le bouton noir pour payer ou retourner au bon de commande au besoin:

8. Confirmez vos informations pour la livraison
Si le tout est conforme à vos besoins, cliquez sur le bouton noir. Les frais de livraison seront ajoutés à la prochaine page.
9.Une fois dans la page de paiement
À droite, vous verrez le détail de votre achat avec le rabais appliqué ainsi que les frais de livraison et les taxes applicables.
10. Procéder au paiement avec votre carte de crédit.

We now offer free shipping for orders of $1000 or more. No code needed, discount will be applied automatically now.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are prepared within a period of 3 working days. Once the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with the Canada Post tracking number. Thereafter, delivery will be made within 3 business days in Quebec, 6 days in Canada and 10 business days in the United States.
INVOICE
The paper invoice is always attached to your order. It is now possible to download your invoice in PDF from the order confirmation email. You will find an external link on the next line of text : Cliquez ici pour télécharger votre facture PDF / Click here to download your PDF invoice . The same link will be available in the shipping confirmation email. The modifications as well as the tracking number will be registered on the invoice as soon as it is available. In addition, you can view previous orders in your customer account. However, there is no PDF available.

4.Add the desired items to your cart

8. Confirm your delivery information

9.Once in the payment page
