What to do NOW to WIN in 2025!
Sunday, September 15th @ 2-5 pm

In this Workshop, Retail and BHPH dealers will be given a workbook to complete as a group during this never been done before session. The goal it to make/save the average dealer $100,000 during this workshop. Dealers will create sales goals for their dealership and from these goals; dealers will be able to create their marketing plan, create their training plan, learn best practices on how and when to acquire inventory, create a tax season strategy and some additional strategies that are unique to a BHPH dealership. At the end of this session, there will be an open forum wrap-up session to share ideas and to make sure everyone has their workbook completed.

Ignite Consulting Partners’ Compliance Unleashed Conference, the only event dedicated to Independent Auto Dealer Compliance, is coming to the MidAtlantic IADA Convention and Vendor Tailgate in Atlantic City. On Monday, September 16th, from 1- 4 pm, Ignite will deliver 5 laser focused classes at Compliance Unleashed in the East: Risk Never Rests. These sessions will arm the independent dealer with a deep understanding of auto sales and nance compliance. They will return to their businesses transformed, motivated, and with newfound knowledge that will protect their business. Attendees will receive Ignite Compliance Training Certi cation.

Every yard gained through the auction will go directly to Curing Kids Cancer, a team that's making big plays in the ght against childhood cancers.
