elaborately, each stitch, each click of the mouse, weaving an invisible thread of conflicting decisions. Determining and borrowing solutions from childhood to adulthood, in a rich web of command tools on Illustrator…

Apologetically, Rishka shyly reveals her desire to be a warrior.

Embedded as a worrier, Rishka takes steps in designing her alter ego, with symbols that best describe how she is, and how she is not, at the same time. After learning Adobe Illustrator, Rishka's nerves alert her to the possible dangers of being uncertain…

Rishka is a humble Muslim lady. An art intern at an established gallery in Cape Town, (BA) Degree in Fine Art graduate from Michealis, University of Cape Town two years ago. Talent in fine art is often an arduous process, often requiring one's entire youth...

Rishka has made some strides in being noticed for her fine art, now at 24 she arms herself further with graphic design… To paint with the mouse is not as difficult as one might imagine... Why not interchangeably substitute the brush for the keypad?

Happy to be back in a learning environment, Rishka takes on her daunting assignment and channels from her lineage, an Indian warrior woman. This idea gives her confidence about the project as she marches forward.

Rishka's inner worrier is hard at work. Devising ways to AKA. Thinking. Re-thinking. Agonizing. Becoming more and more anxious ... And still nothing. Clearly, thinking wasn't helping.

Action was required. A race to the finish in the battle of worrier vs warrior. Stress on the sidelines urging Rishka onwards to completion.

The warrior wins, neck on neck with one last alter ego classmate in the room, learning both how to design Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
