

Phoenix to Celebrate Mayor and Council Inauguration
On Monday, April 21, the City of Phoenix will celebrate the inauguration of Mayor and City Councilmembers. Employees are invited to virtually attend the celebration.
The councilmembers will take their oaths of office and provide brief remarks following the swearing-in ceremony The ceremony will be streamed live via phoenix gov and the city’s YouTube channel

The Water Services Department is seeking to recruit User Technology Specialists to provide technical support to staff throughout the department. User Technology Specialists are responsible for providing end-user and back-end support, performing operational maintenance on hardware and software, and developing and maintaining an inventory of hardware and software Primary responsibilities:
Helpdesk support
Providing end-user support at an enterprise level
Systems and security support
Server and network support
Development of standard and customized images for PCs and other devices
Troubleshooting, hardware and software installation
Database maintenance
Security patch installations
User account administration
LAN administration
Technical documentation
