Un año mas de éxitos, un año mas de triunfos , un año mas de aprendizaje ,un año mas de aprender a crecer artisticamente. Ya llevamos 15 años de Dancing INXS, felicitemonos nosotros mismos porque ustedes son parte de esta familia. Gracias. Si, ustedes mis alumnos son la razón de mi existencia, ustedes son mis amigos, ustedes son mi fuente de energia; por ustedes a veces no duermo pensando en como mejoraremos y nos superaremos; por ustedes he llorado, pero por ustedes. tambien he reido muchas veces mas. Ustedes me regalan felicidad!!!! Por ustedes siento que tenemos un compromiso con la vida de hacerlas crecer artisticamente en un ambiente sano y de compañerismo. Cada año que algunas de mis niñas cumplen su ciclo en el estudio y se van, es como si me arrancaran un fruto del arbol de mi vida, pero me complace que hayan podido crecer junto a mi y que ahora se esten proyectando hacia el éxito. A nuestros alumnos varones quiero decirles que a pesar de ser minoría en cantidad son definitivamente una base muy importante en nuestro estudio y las niñas se sientes respetadas y encantadas de tenerlos. Gracias! Y de nuestras mamás, que podemos decir ? nuevamente infinitas gracias por confiarnos a sus hijas, por creer en nosotros les repito nuevamente que para nosotros el deporte y el arte como el baile son los mejores vicios. Capitulo aparte para la persona que no solo me dio la vida, sino tambien mi compañera incansable y la que le da vida a este estudio y que ustedes conocen muy bien - mi madre- gracias mamita. Por último nuestro staff de instructores que siempre tratan de dar lo mejor de si para los estudiantes, enseñando técnica y disciplina. Sus coreografías nos hecho ganar cientos de premios y sino logramos en pocos casos los primeros puestos. Gracias, a mi lado, tengo el mejor equipo del mundo. Finalmente un sonoro aplauso para la columna principal de nuestro studio, los Teams, que son la base de tantos triunfos obtenidos a través del tiempo . Espero que disfruten del Show y Bienvenidos a
Another year of success, another year of triumphs, another year of learning, another year of growing artistically. Fifteen years of Dancing INXS, lets rejoice, as you are part of this family. I thank you. Yes, you my students are the reason for my existence, you are my friends, you are my source of energy, for you sometimes I lose sleep thinking about how to help us improve and surpass; for you I have wept, but for you I have also laughed many times over. You give me happiness!!!! Because of you I feel we have a commitment to life to help you grow artistically in a healthy environment and with fellowship. Every year some of my girls complete their cycle in the studio and leave, it is like I ripped a fruit off of the tree of my life, but I am pleased they have been able to grow with me and they are now being projected toward success. To our male students I want to say that despite being a minority in count you are definitely very important in our studio and the girls feel honored and delighted you are here. Thank you! And our moms, what can we say? Infinite thanks again for entrusting your daughters, for believing in us. Again I repeat that for us the sport and art of dance is the best vice. A separate section for the person who not only gave me life, but also is my tireless partner who gives life to this studio and that you all know very well - my motherthanks mommy. To our staff of instructors who always try to give their best for the students, teaching technique and discipline. Their choreography has allowed us to win hundreds of prizes and in the times that we haven’t placed highly we still have placed well. Thankfully, by my side, I have the best team in the world. Finally a loud applause for the pillar of our studio, the Teams, which are the basis of many of our triumphs over time.

Instructors
ADRIANA NASSIFF
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Adriana received a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications and a Masters degree in Journalism. She commenced her dancing career with ballet and flamenco at the early age of five. Due to her family roots from Lebanon, she felt compelled to begin studies in Middle Eastern dance when she was 13 years old. Adriana moved from Colombia to Miami in 2001 and throughout the past 10 years, has strengthened her dance technique in varied forms of dance by participating in several National Belly Dance Shows and by attending a myriad of intensive courses and seminars. Prior to her move to the U.S., she was a member of the flamenco company “Triana,” in Colombia from 1999 to 2001. Continuing with her passion for dance, she auditioned and was chosen for the 2003 version of “Duende,” a Spanish ballet with the Florida Dance Festival, directed by the internationally accredited Rosa Mercedes. Adriana also obtained certification in Los Angeles for the new high energy, Latin aerobic style called “Zumba.” She has also participated in numerous activities within the cultural world, with Florida Grand Opera, Miss Hispanic International, Carnival Cruise, such as being a guest on a Telemundo show, musical videos, commercials and the opening of the show “Frecuencia” - a TV show from Emilio Estefan Productions, amongst others. She is a Member of The Doral Business Council and the owner of Dancing Inxs since 2005.
PATRICIO SUAREZ
Graduated from New York University with a Masters degree in Higher Education and Administration with emphasis in Dance Education & Performance. He received his Bachelors degree from Florida International University after attending New World School of the Arts. He is the Artistic Director and Founder of Dance Theater of Miami and presently an Administrator at Miami Killian Sr. High School. Patricio is also the President of the Dade Association of Dance Educators here in Miami, Florida. Patricio’s best creation was becoming a father on September of 2012 to a beautiful daughter, Mila. He would like to thank his parents for their unconditional love and support. This is his 7th recital with Dancing InXs as the Director/Coach of the Junior & Senior Teams. He is honored to be part of such an amazing and inspiring studio...which he considers his family. DANCERS: Remember to dance from your heart & enjoy this moment forever...much love & light.
AIDA AMALIA VILLOCH
Is an internationally acclaimed ballerina and Master Ballet teacher. Born in Havana, Cuba she was hand picked at a very young age to study at the Provincial School of Ballet in Havana and later graduated from the National School of Arts in 1972. Shortly, thereafter she joined the National Ballet of Cuba and toured with the company globally to such places as: France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, China, Eastern Europe and Latin America. In 1975, she accompanied Fernando Alonso, who formed The Ballet of Camaguey in Cuba and later obtained the esteemed and elusive title of “prima ballerina,” until 1993. She partnered with Jorge Esquivel and worked with such infamous choreographers as; Jorge Lefebre, Alicia Alonso and Ana Leontieva to name a few. Aida was a principal dancer in Giselle, Swan Lake, Don Quijote, La Sylphide, Sleeping Beauty, Romeo & Juliette and Coppélia amongst, many more. During her illustrious career she won a devoted following and critical acclaim in the international arena as a dancer of extraordinary posture, exemplary technique with an innate ability to interpret the artistic beauty of dance. Since moving to the United States, she has been teaching at several dance academies; Ballet Concerto, International Ballet Academy, Academy of Arts and most importantly with us, as part of the Dancing in XS family. We are very happy and honored to have her on board.
MONICA VILLAR
Monica completed her classical ballet training at Ballet Etudes Company of South Florida, where she danced for 19 years under the direction of Susana Prieto. As a child she danced on her school dance teams, winning numerous state and national awards, and later danced with the company at Miami Dade College. Monica went on to become a principal soloist at Ballet Etudes, taking on roles such as Clara in the Nutcracker, Pas de Trois in Sleeping Beauty and a soloist in Verdi’s The Seasons. She was also featured in several dances with the Dance Theater of Miami, under the direction of Patricio Suarez. Monica has been coaching and working with several schools in the area for the past 9 years, choreographing competition routines and teaching Master classes. She graduated from Miami Dade College in 2008 with an Associate’s degree in Dance and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in 2011 from Florida International University, with a minor in Education. She is now the dance program director at Henry H. Filer Middle School and sponsors the cheer and dance teams.
ALBERTO PENA JR
Has been an active and passionate dancer for eight years, throughout which his love and technique have both grown simultaneously and in direct correlation of one another. During his career, he has danced professionally for Ballet Etudes of South Florida, Dance Theatre of Miami, DJB Dance Theatre, Royal Caribbean International and most recently for the Florida Grand Opera. Alberto’s work holds several national titles for his choreographies at Dancing Inxs. He earned his Associate Degree in Dance from Miami Dade College, where he also danced for the schools, “Jubilation Dance Ensemble.” Alberto plans to obtain his Master’s Degree in Dance and pursue a lifetime of learning and artistic expression through the medium of dance.
ZEDRIC BEMBRY
Zedric is the inspiration behind Live in Color, a culturally diverse dance company. Through his jazzy, cutting edge, energetic footwork, arm throwing and high stepping style, Bembry has brought flavor to the hip hop industry creating a new dance rave all his own, “Urban Funk.” This new dance encompasses a variety of techniques, combining a touch of jazz, a pinch of ballet, a twist of merengue, a dab of popping and locking, an abundance of street dance and a sprinkle of acrobatics. Live in Color has also performed on MTV’s VMA’s, Latin MTV VMAs and was the winner of the ABC’s national hit show “Dance Fever.” Bembry finds time to show young people positive alternatives in life. He teaches them to express themselves through the art of hip hop, and works with many at risk teens who can relate to his energetic dance style. We are thankful to have Zedric in Dancing in XS and hope to keep working with him in the future.
RENÉE MANSUR-CORNETTE
(Born of Lebanese, Italian and Dutch decent) was born in Brooklyn, New York. At the age of five, she began taking ballet, tap and jazz classes. However, it was not until her teenage years that she began taking belly dance. What started out as a hobby, quickly developed into a career. Renée has been in several professional dance companies and has studied with many local and international teachers. She is trained in countless Middle Eastern dance styles, along with Middle Eastern dance props, but she is best known for her exceptional finger symbol (zills) abilities. Other than performing, Renée loves to teach belly dance to others, especially children. Her choreographies have won many dance competition awards. She is also a wife and a new mother to a baby girl that she hopes will grow to love dance. In addition to being a belly dance instructor, Renée is a graphic artist with a degree from the University of Miami.
YOVANA GOMEZ
She was born in Havana, Cuba in 1963. At only 6 years old she began to train gymnastics and she was even part of the National Team. In 1992, she received a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education, with specialization in sports and children with problems. She also attended different classes in Havana, Berlin, and Spain. She has worked as a athletic and ballet trainer for more than 20 years in sports and dance studios. Additionally, she worked with autistic and deficit motor development children. Since 2006, she lives in the USA working as a gymnastics trainer and with children with different problems. She is happy to be part of our family for the first year.
HEIDY MOLINA
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Heidy has been working in the world of dance for the past 12 years. She studied in Europe and the United States to receive a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters of Science in Reading Education. Even though she is currently pursuing her doctoral degree- that does not take away the time she has to share her true passion of dance with others. Heidy has taught all levels of jazz and Latin ballroom classes. She was the dance coach for John I. Smith K-8 Center’s dance team for eight consecutive years, and she has been a guest choreographer for various middle schools and high schools throughout Miami-Dade. She is truly honored to be part of a phenomenal group of teachers and students this year.
GABRIEL RABELL
Gabriel is an award winning choreographer and teacher. He is a Cuban-American that started dancing in the streets of Miami at the age of 14. Gabriel has taught all levels of Latin ballroom classes at various dance studios in South Florida. He has been seen in Latin music videos, too. Gabriel conducts numerous dance workshops to main organizations and charities in our local community. He is delighted to be part of a talented team and looks forward to share his love and passion he has for the art.
Apprentices DAISY VILORIA
Daisy Viloria was born on December 4, 1991 in Caracas, Venezuela. She began her dance training at the young age of 6 with ballet classes and Venezuelan folklore. She then progressed to modern and urban dance as well as Hip Hop, Funk and Break Dancing. Since 2010, Daisy has continued to improve her dance technique by becoming a valuable team member of the Senior dance team at Dancing Inxs, attending various workshops; The Pulse and Jump as well as by competing at varied local and National Dance competitions. She’s truly enjoyed all of her dance experiences, especially most recently when chosen as a Miami Heat Dancer. In the begining of 2013 she participated as backup dancer in the Grand Florida Opera ‘’Magic Flute’’. Now she is a dance instructor for Hip Hop and baby ballet at Dancing Inxs. Thanks to her hard work, dedication and passion for dance.
CAROLINA MENDOZA
Carolina has been actively training at Dancing Inxs for more than 12 years, in all dance styles, including Flamenco, Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Belly and Hip Hop. At the age of 17, she had already performed professionally for the Florida Grand Opera during the 2011/2012 season, as a dancer for the Zarzuela “Luisa Fernanda”. She performed a total of nine presentations at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts . Since 2009 she has participated in several Dance Conventions such as Jump (Miami-OrlandoAtlanta) Doug and Friends (LA ) and Dance Awards (NY), being awarded scholarships and the Title of one of the Best Dancers for the 2012 and 2013 Season ( VIP Senior finalist). In November 2012 she auditioned for the New World School of the Arts in order to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts as part of their intensive Dance program and was awarded a Scholarship for the 2013-2014 school year. At the moment she is the Captain of the Senior Dance Team for Dancing In Xs and enjoys teaching and leading the dancers into this wonderful artistic world, which is her true passion. Carolina hopes to be able to continue inspiring others through the art of dance for years to come
MARIELA LANZ
Was born November 4, 1993 in Maracay, Venezuela. She began her dance training in Venezuela and subsequently joined Dancing InXs in August 2000. In addition, she performed at the 2006 Orange Bowl Halftime show. Mariela graduated from Doral Performing Arts Academy in 2011 receiving a minor in Performing Arts in dance. She is currently attending Miami Dade College majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Special needs for children (ESE). She plans to pursue a Bachelors and Master’s degree at FSU upon graduation from Miami Dade College. She enjoys teaching at Dancing In XS and is looking forward to another exciting year!
ELIZABETH MESTRE
Is currently a student at Florida International University, studying Hospitality and dances for the FIU Golden Dazzlers. She first started dancing at Dancing INXS and ended her competitive dance career last season 2010-2011. Her passion has always been dance and continues dancing at school and commercially in Miami, FL. This season was her first experience as a teaching instructor in our Studio with emphasis on modern dance for the Youth Competitive team. Contemporary and modern dance are her passion and is an excellent choreographer. We are lucky to have her on board!
KARIN RODRIGUEZ
Karin who is 19 years old was born in Miami, Florida. She is studying in Miami Dade College as Double Major in Sports Management and Sports Psychology. Rodriguez began to dance as little as three years old, and has been part of Dancing In XS since she was four. Nowadays, she is an Assistant Manager in the studio. When asked why she loves to dance she said: “When I dance I feel like no one can stop me. It’s just the music and I, and the passion that I have for it. It’s a way to express ones feeling through body language when it won’t come out in words.”
