Thank you for allowing me and all of the Dancinginxs Family to be part of your daughter ’s life as we build memories to last a lifetime. It has been a challenging year but we have learned a lot at the same time. There were moments that were clouded by the pandemic but we all rose to the occasion and achieved so much more as a family. Today I am grateful to life, to each of the individuals who have helped me, motivated me and made an effort to make Dancinginxs a better place. To all the parents who have seen and experienced what Dancinginxs is all about and continue to support our vision, to my family and more importantly, the teachers, my work team, my friends, who really have a magical touch and give Dancinginxs all of their inspiration and dedication when creating choreography plus their commitment to your children. Thank you for allowing us to grow and become stronger. This recital is dedicated to everyone’s EMOTIONS, to the emotional ups and downs that make us laugh, cry, and express our true selves but most of all... make us feel ALIVE!

Hoy estoy agradecida con la vida , con cada una de las personas que me han ayudado, motivado y se han esforzado para que Dancinginxs sea mejor. TEA C H ER S ADRIANA NASSIFF

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Adriana received a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications and a Masters degree in Journalism. She commenced her dancing career with ballet and flamenco at the early age of five. Due to her family roots from Lebanon, she felt compelled to begin studies in Middle Eastern dance when she was 13 years old. Adriana moved from Colombia to Miami in 2001 and throughout the past 17 years, has strengthened her dance technique in varied forms of dance by participating in several National Belly Dance Shows and by attending a myriad of intensive courses and seminars. Prior to her move to the U.S., she was a member of the flamenco company “Triana,” in Colombia from 1999 to 2001. Continuing with her passion for dance, she auditioned and was chosen for the 2003 version of “Duende,” a Spanish ballet with the Florida Dance Festival, directed by the internationally accredited Rosa Mercedes. She has also participated in numerous activities within the cultural world, with Florida Grand Opera, Miss Hispanic International, Carnival Cruise, Univision, Hispanic Dance Festival in Mexico, such as being a guest on a Telemundo show, musical videos, commercials and Emilio Estefan Productions, amongst others. She is a Member of The Doral Business Council and the owner of Dancinginxs since 2005. In 2020, Adriana won the Influential Business Woman Award , by Acquisition International and also Best Dance Academy Business Owner 2020 (East Coast USA) and Woman-Owned Dance Academy of the year 2020 (East Coast USA).

MONICA BARRIOS

Monica completed her classical ballet training at Ballet Etudes Company of South Florida, where she danced for 19 years under the direction of Susana Prieto. As a child she danced on her school dance teams, winning numerous state and national awards, and later danced with the company at Miami Dade College. Monica went on to become a principal soloist at Ballet Etudes, taking on roles such as Clara in the Nutcracker, Pas de Trois in Sleeping Beauty and a soloist in Verdi’s The Seasons. She was also featured in several dances with the Dance Theater of Miami, under the direction of Patricio Suarez. Monica began her career as a dance team coach, working with several schools in the area, choreographing competition routines and teaching master classes. She then became a full time dance teacher for MDCPS. For the past 7 years she has held the position of magnet dance program director at Miami Arts Studio 6-12 @ Zelda Glazer, a performing arts magnet school, and is the director of the National award-winning Jr. Empresses dance team. She is also a member of various dance organizations and currently serves as President of the Dade Association of Dance Educators.

PATRICIO SUAREZ

Graduated from New York University with a Masters degree in Higher Education and Administration with emphasis in Dance Education & Performance. He received his Bachelors degree from Florida International University after attending New World School of the Arts. Mr. Suarez is currently the District Supervisor of Performing Arts for MDCPS. Patricio’s best creation was becoming a father in September of 2012 to a beautiful daughter, Mila (now on the Junior Team). He would like to thank his parents for their unconditional love and support. This is his 16th recital with Dancinginxs. He is honored to be part of such an amazing and inspiring studio...which he considers his family. DANCERS: Remember to dance from your heart & enjoy this moment FOREVER...Much LOVE & LIGHT ALWAYS

ALBERTO PENA JR.

Alberto Pena Jr. started dancing at the age of 18 where he took his first dance class with Patricio Suarez as an elective at his local high school, Hialeah Senior High. Shortly after, he transitioned to Ballet Etudes under the direction of Susana Prieto where he got most of his classical training. Pena has now been an active and passionate dancer and choreographer for 17 years, throughout which his love and technique have both grown simultaneously and in direct correlation of one another. During his career, he has danced professionally for Ballet Etudes of South Florida, Dance Theater of Miami, DJB Dance Theater, Royal Caribbean International, the Florida Grand Opera, Mosaic Dance Project and most recently for the Pioneer Winter Dance

Collective. Alberto’s work holds several national titles for his choreographies at Mater Academy Charter High School, Hialeah Senior High School, Equinox Dance Company, Dancinginxs, Miami Art Studio and most recently at Hialeah Gardens Middle School. He earned his Bachelors in Fine Arts from New World School of the Arts and plans to pursue a lifetime of learning and artistic expression through the medium of dance whether it be by dancing, teaching and/ or choreographing.

NATALI RODRIGUEZ

Natali, known as Natu, was born in Cordoba, Argentina. She danced in DancingInXs since she was 8 years old and graduated in 2015. Since then, she has graduated from the University of Florida with a double major in Marketing and French, where she was also Choreographer and President of Sabor Latino Dance Team for 2 years. She now works in marketing for L’Oréal, but remains pursuing her passion for dance, performing in numerous music videos with artists like Enrique Iglesias, Farruko, Lunay, Mau y Ricky, Ozuna, and more, and had the opportunity to be a backup dancer for Silvestre Dangod at the American Airlines Arena. She’s also worked as a model and ambassador for numerous brands like Victoria’s Secret PINK and Express. We are happy to have her back at the studio now as a Latin Hip Hop and Jazz teacher for the competition teams.

AMI RILEY

A Miami native,, Ami Riley has been training with some of the Industry’s finest teachers and choreographers in all the Classic Dance forms for over 25 years. At 16 Ami was chosen to participate in the Super Bowl XXXIII Half Time show where she performed with Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Gloria Estefan, Savion Glover & Stevie Wonder. Ami has successfully crossed over from dancer to an accomplished teacher and choreographer. Set apart by her stylized choreography, consistently receives local & national recognition for its innovation and her “out-of-the-box” style. At 26 she followed her dream of owning a studio where she could inspire young dancers (especially her son) to ignite their passion for dance. Artistic Soul Studios was one of Miami’s premier places to train during it’s 9 years of business, training dancers that have gone on to join some of the most prestigious performing arts programs in the country. Ami was selected for the Season 7 Las Vegas auditions for the popular show, “So You Think You Can Dance”, The season premiered on May 27,2010, with the Miami tryouts, where Ami was interviewed and featured for her strong technical performance and unique dance style. In 2017 she was assistant director and dance captain for an interactive show based in Wynwood called THE BODYSHOP EXPERIENCE, and performed in several festivals and featured on local television shows during it’s 8 month run. In February of 2020 she Co-choreograph the Superbowl LIV Pre Show with her younger sister Sophia Aguiar. In recent years, she has become a skilled Photographer, Graphic Designer and Fashion Designer and continues to flourish creatively as one of Miami’s reputable and versatile artists.

ASHLEY SANCHEZ

Ashley Sanchez is a professional Ballroom dancer, instructor and competitor. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and began dancing and competing in all styles of dance including contemporary, lyrical, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, flamenco, and ballroom at eight years old. As a teenager, she began training in the International Latin Ballroom dance style with several world renowned instructors and judges and quickly fell in love with it. Her competitive Latin Ballroom career began as an amateur competitor which included placing in the top 3 of some of the nations top competitions. She became a professional competitor at the early age of 18. Some of her results as a professional have included winning and placing in the finals of the nations most prestigious competitions. She is the 2016 National Mambo champion and the U.S and World Rising Star American Rhythm Vice-Champion. Aside from being a competitive dancer and teacher, Ashley has also appeared on numerous TV shows such as FOX hit show “So You Think You Can Dance” where she was in the Top 10 girls and is also currently a lead professional dancer and choreographer on Univision’s Latin version of Dancing with the Stars called “Mira Quien Baila”. She has also worked with Latin artists such as Pitbul, Elvis Crespo, Sebastian Yatra, and more. She is currently enjoying traveling and independently teaching at multiple ballroom dance studios and renowned dance conventions across the nation.

TEA C H ER S RONNEY PIMENTEL

DAISY VILORIA

Ronney was born in the Dominican Republic. He began dancing in his high school years, where he after formed part of the school’s dance team. After becoming member of the school team, he discovered his love and passion for dance and decided to take it seriously. He auditioned for the studio Dancinginxs and began his training in 2013. He has participated in several Dance conventions such as Jump, Nuvo, Intrigue, and Dance Awards, being awarded for scholarships in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Orlando. In these competitions he was awarded the title of Best Dancer of The Year 2015 as a VIP finalist. After he finished his competition years, he began working in the dance industry in Miami, where he has had the opportunity to work with artists like Daddy Yankee, J Balvin, Marc Anthony, and many more. He has also appeared in TV Awards like Premios Tu Mundo, Premios Juventud, Premios Lo Nuestro, and most recently in Asi se Baila. He is currently a teacher at Dancinginxs. Ronney hopes to continue to pass down his passion, knowledge, and love for dance over the years.

Daisy was born on December 4, 1991 in Caracas, Venezuela. She began her dance training at the young age of six with ballet classes, flamenco and Venezuelan folklore. She then progressed to modern and urban dance as well as Hip Hop, Jazz Funk and Break Dancing. Now she is a dance instructor of Hip Hop at Dancing Inxs since 2012. Also in the beginning of 2013 she participated as a backup dancer for the Florida Grand Opera’s production “ The Magic Flute” She also was a member of the NBA’s Miami Heat Dancers for the 2016-2017 season. She has dance in “Premios Lo Nuestro” “Premios Juventud” & “Billboards” for Pitbull, Ricky Martin, J Balvin, Arcangel, Chino y Nacho, Gente de Zona, Olga Tañon, Zion y Lenox, Ozuna, Silvestre Dangond, Tito El Bambino, Wisin y Yandel, Marc Anthony, Carlos Vives, NickyJam etc. She’s truly enjoying all of her dance experiences, especially most recently that she’s been part since September 2017, as one of the “Pretty Girls DirtyGirls” Maluma Dancers, an internationally recognized Colombian artist. She has had the great opportunity to travel to 17 countries, visiting and dancing in 70 cities around the world, such as Latin America, USA, Europe, etc.

GENESIS MARTINEZ

LEYDIS SANCHEZ

Genesis was born and raised in Miami, FL. She began dancing Ballet and Jazz at age 5 and continued ever since. She danced competitively for Mater Academy Lionettes & Company as the team’s Captain under the direction of Alberto Pena Jr., and continued dancing and competing with Dancing INXS. Genesis has taught Ballet, Tap, and Jazz for multiple schools throughout South Florida. She currently teaches Baby Ballet, and multiple Jazz levels at Dancinginxs Dance Studio. She recently graduated from Miami Dade College and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Analytics while interning with NASA. Aside from her career as an analyst, Genesis finds true joy in teaching and passion in dance. She is endlessly grateful to her colleagues, peers, and students who constantly motivate her to reach for the stars!

STEPHANIE NINO

Stephanie born and raised in Miami with Venezuelan parents. Has been dancing since she was two years old at dancinginxs and has never stopped since then. Her first dance class was with Ms.Adriana, now the director of Dancinginxs, at daycare and continues to dance everyday. She was a former captain of the Sensations dance team at Ronald Reagan High School and has been training with all the teachers at Dancinginxs in all styles such as hip hop, contemporary, ballet, flamenco, ballroom and many others. Now she is an instructor at Dancinginxs for ballet, jazz and ballroom. She has also had the opportunity to dance with the artist Silvestre Dangond at American Airlines Arena and Ozuna in a music video. She’s working in finance industry but hopes to keep dance as a part of her life forever.

SAMANTHA ABUD

Samantha was born and raised in Miami, and began dancing at the age of 6. Her first dance class was at Dancinginxs and she has been dancing there ever since. From a young age she fell in love with dance and it continued to grow throughout the years. After her first year of dance, she began competing and has since competed in multiple competitions and participated in many dance conventions such as Jump and Nuvo, where she was able to win scholarships for the Dance Awards. In addition, she won the title of 2016 Senior Grand Champion at the Contest of Champions National Competition. Although she graduated last year, she is still at the studio every week teaching classes of all ages. She is eternally grateful for her second family, Dancinginxs.

ALEX ARIZA

Alex Ariza is the owner and founder of Tumble Usa, a company created with the aim of fostering, promoting, and expanding the sport of cheer, gymnastics and dance at the world-wide level. With more than 15 years of experience in training high performance athletes and numerous affiliations (USA GYMNASTICS, USASF, AAU, and IASF) Alex has had the opportunity of creating cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, and dance acro programs nationally as well as internationally. Every year he also runs summer camp programs for about 1000 students with his qualified staff who are specialized in different disciplines within their sport.

Ms Sanchez began her training at age of 10 at the School of Arts in Camaguey, Cuba. She participated in numerous international festivals and ballet competitions, obtaining recognition and awards. At age of 15, she became part of the Cuba National Ballet School where she graduated as a professional ballerina and teacher. She received classes from very prestigious teachers such as Fernando Alonso, Aurora Bosch, Azari Plisetsky, Lazaro Carreño among others renowned teachers, dancers and masters from The Cuban National Ballet and around the world. After her graduation in 2005 she became part of the professional Ballet Company “Ballet of Camaguey”. Besides performing throughout Cuba, she also participated in numerous International tours throughout Italy, Switzerland, Colombia, and Spain, performing soloist roles in renown ballets such as Giselle, Paquita, Swans Lake, Coppelia, La Fille Mal Gardee and Majisimo. In 2011 she became part of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami where she performed roles of the classical repertoire. Currently she teaches at Stars Dance Studio, Liberate the Artis Tour, American Dance Awards and Dancingxs Dance Studio. Ms.Sanchez has coached many dancers for ballet competitions such as Youth American Grand Prix ,World Ballet Competition, Universal Ballet Competition, The Dance Awards among others obtaining numerous awards. She is completely dedicated to the teaching of Classical Ballet.

MIGUEL ANGEL ROA

Born in Bogota Colombia. Dancer and choreographer for more than 10 years in the national and international dance company Colombia Amiga de Gustavo Malagón. His first international certification was in 2007 by the usasf “U.S All Stars Federation”, with certifications from the most prestigious companies in Colombia including the Colombian Federation of Cheerleading and the Bogota cheerleader league. He is an international cheer and dance judge for the Colombian Federation of Cheerleading, Tumble USA, among other important companies worldwide. Coach of the Colombian dance team in Special Abilities division, achieving 3 place in the worlds cup icu “International Cheer Union”. He currently works for the Tumble USA company as a judge, coach ninja Warriors and has been part of Dancinginxs staff for 1 year teaching Acrobats classes to competitions teams and regular classes as well as being part of the reception and management assistance team at Dancinginxs.

JOSEFINA RONGOAUX | Social Media & Marketing

Josefina Rongvaux was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and raised in Miami, Florida. She has been Dancing since she was only 6 years old, and a is former student at Dancinginxs where she danced for over 7 years, and graduated in 2015. Growing up she has always been a creative & artistic individual with a passion for the Arts. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in May 2020, where she earned a double degree in Graphic Design & Arts Management. Josefina now works full time for L’Oreal while operating a Social Media management business in Miami. She’s been part of the Dancinginxs staff since 2016 & the Social Media & Marketing Director at Dancinginxs since October of 2019. Her passions and skills include Design, Photography, Makeup, and of course DANCE!
