Extensive Warranty At Australian Designer Faucets (ADF), we believe our warranty is a testament to our ongoing commitment to producing quality products. We offer support via our online warranty claim form or through a direct call line to Luxury Products Group (LPG). This service allows our customers to purchase with confidence and peace of mind.

Each ADF product is tested to ensure we exceed all American standards, including the standards of our customers. We employ testing technologies and techniques in-house to assess each product’s life-cycle.

We only ever send products to market when we are confident that they will provide valuable and long-term solutions, allowing us to offer such an extensive warranty.

Award-Winning Collections Our Australian design team is proud to be represented regularly in many of the world’s leading awards and competitions, receiving recognition for our design driven products. It’s a testament to the collective talent and skill amongst those in our company, whose hard work has been deservingly rewarded in such esteemed design forums.

Recently, we have had international design awards bestowed on our Cromford, Gloss MKII, Teel, Nuage, Lexi MKII and Axia, collections. The highlight of our award wins have been two Best of the Best prizes at the Red Dot Design Awards for Axia (2020) and Teel (2022).

The Best of the Best accolade is for ground-breaking design and is the highest award in the competition, being voted for by a panel of top international designers.

Accreditations All our product collections are low-lead and fully compliant with US standards including CALGreen.

CALGreen The first-in-the-nation mandatory green building standards code. In 2007, CBSC developed green building standards in an effort to meet the goals of California’s landmark initiative AB 32, which established a comprehensive program of cost-effective reductions of greenhouse gases (GHG) to 1990 levels by 2020.

WaterSense Label The WaterSense label makes it simple to find water-efficient products, new homes, and programs that meet EPA’s criteria for efficiency and performance. WaterSenselabeled products and services are certified to use at least 20 percent less water, save energy, and perform as well as or better than regular models.

IAPMO Uniform Plumbing Code Certification Mark The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) Shield is applied to products that are certified

by IAPMO as complying with both the product’s performance standard and the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). Applies to all plumbing products, appliances, pipe, fixtures, valves and related products.
