Moved to France age 18, for two years to learn french, practice art and to work as an Au Pair

In 1960 became an Ari hostess for Bea Airline

Recieved 27 marriage proposals throughout her life

Had their only child, Luci Wiggs, my mother, in 1969

Became grandmother to me in 2001

Always remembered for being a lover of cats, good times, dancing, laughing, parties, friends, films, feather boas and high heels.

Diagnosed with dementia in 2007

Passed away in April 2017

It’s difficult grieving someone, especially while they’re still alive

For ten years we were mourning who you once were, mourning over your inability to recognise us, or talk to us or to perfom once easy and normal tasks

Now that it’s all over I dont think about the Pibby who had dementia, I am finally able to mourn the real you again. I only think about you as the glamourous and marvelous person who you always were before before the were always cut out this box you may have stopped recognising us
