Our story
Robert and Stephanie Gourlay live on 110 acres in the pristine Mongarlowe Valley of NSW and have spent over 20 years developing their Phi’on health products.
Robert, a scientist, is passionate about creating nutrient-dense products using structured water to support the human body’s natural capacity to regulate and heal at a cellular level.
Their philosophy is simple: Quality food and water are the pathway to health.
Phi’on products aim to address the prime causes of disease. They are researched and tested to maximise the fundamental link between healthy soils, plants, water, animals and humans.
In addition to the science, the products are created with awareness of the subtle energy systems of the body and the earth.
“Our primary role is to educate people so they can make informed choices about their health and wellbeing,” Robert says.
From their Mongarlowe property, products are freshly packed and shipped to clients across Australia and the world.
