Occupy Philly Knocks Senators On Indefinite Military Detention Occupy Philadelphia members marched to the offices of Pennsylvania Sens. Pat Toomey (R) and Bob Casey (D) at noon today to register opposition to their votes for indefinite military detention of US citizens and their failure to explain these votes.

The US Senate recently passed the annual National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012. This bill contained language authorizing the use of indefinite military detention without trial for anyone
