BRINGING BENEFITS TO LIFE

“I started the Virta program in January to stay accountable to a healthier eating plan — one I typically start as a New Year’s resolution but often abandon by February. Virta’s tools, resources, coaching and progress reports keep me on track. I am still using the program today, and through the end of July, have lost 30 pounds and lowered my A1C without medication. Virta has been the accountability partner I needed.” Melissa E. Wood River Refinery

Health Savings Account (HSA) An HSA is a tax-advantaged health savings account that allows you to contribute before-tax dollars that can be used to pay for current or future health care expenses. When combined with a high-deductible health plan, it offers unique savings and tax advantages. You must be enrolled in the HDHP option (HSA-eligible) to contribute to an HSA affiliated with Phillips 66 through before-tax payroll deductions or to receive company contributions. Your HSA is owned by you, the funds carry over from year to year, and you take it with you if you leave the company. Phillips 66 provides $500 for employee-only coverage and $1,000 for all other coverages annually. These are paid on a biannual schedule in January and July, based on the coverage you are enrolled in on Jan. 1, 2027 and July 1, 2027. For the HSA, the IRS maximum contribution limit has increased to $4,500 for an individual and $9,000 for a family, inclusive of Phillips 66 and your contributions. If you are 55 or older, you can contribute an extra $1,000.

For more information about your HSA, visit the Phillips 66 page at Bank of America or call 877-785-6698.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) If you elect to have an FSA, your contributions can be deducted from your paycheck on a before-tax basis to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent care expenses. Health Care FSA (HCFSA) If you do not enroll in the HDHP option, you can still contribute to a Health Care FSA. You can contribute any amount from $120 up to $3,400, or IRS plan limits. You have the option of rolling over a portion of the funds in your HCFSA from 2026 to 2027. The rollover amount is capped at 20% of the maximum IRS contribution, and you must enroll in the HCFSA for 2027. If you do not enroll in the HCFSA for 2027, any unused funds will be forfeited.

Wood River Refinery ROXANA, IL

12

Dependent Care FSA (DCFSA) If you have qualifying dependents, you can contribute any amount from $120 up to $7,500. This helps you pay for qualified childcare services (for example, day care) for children under the age of 13, or care for a disabled spouse or dependent of any age, which allows you (or, if you’re married, you and your spouse) to work. It’s important to consider your anticipated 2027 needs because you will forfeit any FSA funds that aren’t used to pay qualified dependent care expenses incurred during the year. For information regarding eligible health care and dependent care expenses, visit the Flexible Spending Plan page, or visit the Phillips 66 Benefits Center. ACTION REQUIRED: Your 2026 FSA elections will not carry over to 2027. You must enroll to participate.

LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) Life insurance gives you a simple way to protect the people who matter most, with coverage options designed to support your family and provide peace of mind for the unexpected.

A tobacco user isn’t necessarily a smoker — it’s anyone who uses tobacco. Phillips 66 defines tobacco products as cigars, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco (snuff or chewing tobacco), pipe tobacco or roll-your-own tobacco.

Phillips 66 provides you with basic life insurance equal to your annual pay. You also have the option to purchase additional insurance for yourself, as well as insurance for your dependents.

You are considered a tobacco user if you have used tobacco products or any nicotine delivery system within the past 12 months.

Employee Supplemental Life Insurance You can elect to purchase up to eight times your annual pay in supplemental life insurance. ACTION REQUIRED: For employees enrolled in supplemental life insurance, you are required to attest to being a non-tobacco user annually. If you don’t attest, you will pay tobacco-user rates in 2027.

LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE LTC involves a variety of services designed to meet a person’s health or personal care needs. These services help people live as independently and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own. Sometimes long-term care is provided at home by unpaid family members and friends. It can also be delivered in settings such as nursing homes or adult day care centers. LTC can be expensive, and services are often paid for out of pocket. By purchasing LTC insurance, the financial burden of LTC can be alleviated.
