The Bunny Brunch event at Philadelphia Country Club was a joyous occasion that brought families together for a fun-filled Easter celebration. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the Easter Egg Hunt, which was a hit with children and adults alike. The egg hunt was well-organized, with plenty of eggs hidden throughout the hay supplied by our incredible grounds team! Adding to the excitement was a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, who posed for photos and interacted with the children, adding to the festive atmosphere. The event was a resounding success, with members and guests enjoying a delicious brunch buffet, engaging in fun activities, and making cherished memories! A very special thank you to the PCC staff for making this a memorable event!
Easter Brunch at Philadelphia Country Club was a resounding success, with members and guests enjoying a delectable array of food offerings and a particularly noteworthy dessert display. Congratulations to the pastry team who featured an assortment of cookies, chocolate dinosaurs, and a volcano cake that were beautifully presented! The event was well-organized and ran smoothly, thanks to the efforts of the dedicated staff at the Club. Members were impressed with the high level of service, which included attentive waitstaff and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful Easter celebration that left members and their guests satisfied and looking forward to future events at Philadelphia Country Club!

Who is Eligible?
• Hourly Staff
• Managers** are eligible for the bonus only if the referred employee is hired for another department other than their own department.
What Do I Need to Do?
Discuss the applicant with the hiring manager. Inform the applicant to write your name on the application under “name of employee who referred you.”
** Executive Management is not eligible for bonus
How Will I get the Bonus?
The Bonus will be paid in two payments:
• After the new hire has successfully completed 30 days of consecutive employment the referring employee will receive a $250 bonus in their next regular paycheck.
• After the new hire has successfully completed 90 days of consecutive employment the referring employee will be paid an additional amount of $250 in their next regular paycheck.
• Bonuses are paid in the referring employee’s paycheck and are subject to applicable payroll taxes.
• If the new hire terminates employment before the bonuses are due the employee will not receive a referral bonus, except if the new hire is classified as seasonal and their position is terminated because of the end of the season.
• The referring employee must be employed at the time either bonus will be paid, unless the employee is classified as seasonal and has worked through their commitment.
