Annual Wine Society Auction Despite not meeting in person this year for the CMAA World Conference and Club Business Expo, there will still be a handful of education and networking opportunities for Wine Society members! And let us not forget the Annual Wine Society Auction—this will still occur during the week of Conference via the online bidding platform that we have been using for the past several years. The focus of this year’s auction will be on quality not quantity. The Wine Society is asking that bottles have at least a $50 wholesale value and will limit the number of lots to 10 per chapter, with 3 bottles per lot.

Anxiety, apprehension, uncertainty, insecurity,procrastination…..likely you’ve experience all of these when faced with giving tough feedback and addressing poor performance. That can change! Learn tips on performance management preparation and tangible ways to improve your team’s performance and engagement through effective feedback.

In this session, I will share data driven ideas and proven strategies on building strong teams, developing effective leaders and enhancing employee engagement at your Club.
