Phi Gamma Delta's brand is much more than our logo. It is who we are as a Fraternity, who we want to be, and how we want people to perceive us. The Fraternity's, as well as your chapter's, brand and reputation is a valuable asset which should be managed carefully.
This manual outlines the primary visual elements and language of Phi Gamma Delta's brand identity. It includes logos, graphics, colors, fonts and Fraternity language with general guidance how to successfully use our brand identity across a variety of platforms.
Please note that the Fraternity's brand will evolve over time. These guidelines and standards are reviewed regularly to determine if changes need to be made. Please check the Fraternity's website at www.phigam.org/ Media to ensure you have the most up to date version of this manual.
If you have any questions about the manual, or how to use the Fraternity's brand identity, please contact Director of Communications Erica Carlson at ecarlson@phigam.org.
Phi Gamma Delta unites men in enduring friendships, stimulates the pursuit of knowledge, and builds courageous leaders who serve the world with the best that is in them.
We Are United By Friendship
It is the basis of our brotherhood. Because of it, we accomplish far more than we do as individuals. Friendship is the sweetest influence.
We Encourage Service
We have the ability, the opportunity and the duty to serve our fellow human beings. Our reward is the satisfaction that comes from serving.
We Strive for Excellence
It is attained only when we fulfill our potential. Mankind benefits when each of us becomes all that we can.
To be an active vital force of men who courageously live our values and make a positive impact on college and community.
We Promote the Pursuit of Knowledge
It is the key to a fuller, richer life. We gain it through education, the harmonious development of the powers of the individual.
We Believe in Morality
As gentlemen of quality, we must do what is right as individuals and as a group. Moral behavior is the basis of society's existence.
“Courage is not simply one of the virtues, but the form of every virtue at the testing point.” - C. S. Lewis
Building Courageous Leaders Means Our Brothers Will:
• Understand and embrace the values of Phi Gamma Delta.
• Recognize when those values are being challenged and understand the implications of a particular choice.
• At a testing point, will know how to confront and lead others in an ethical, productive way.
