We at Phenom Elite thank you for allowing us the opportunity to present an outstanding opportunity to align with such an historic professional sports league and its member teams. We could not think of a better league to grow with than the Indoor Football League. The history and work ethic of the league is something that Phenom Elite aims to align with when looking for partnership opportunities.

At Phenom Elite we seek to provide value through our hard work and dedication to the high quality products our company produces.

We feel that this hard work and dedication directly correlates to the message we want to send to the athletes and people who use our products. We were originally founded in 2013 by myself, who, as a former college football player at Appalachian State, could not find the quality of product I wanted. With a $65 investment I designed and manufactured our first pairs of prototype gloves. Shortly after, a full uniform and apparel line was developed and we began marketing brand to help build a culture around quality products with the goal of inspiring an athletic world.

We want our company’s values to pour over into the quality and design of our products for the Indoor Football League. We promise to take special care of each member team and work to manufacture products that will help lead the growth of the Indoor Football League for years to come.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY A partnership between the Indoor Football League and Phenom Elite LLC would provide both organizations with an advantageous relationship.

Phenom Elite is a company that manufactures highly customizable uniforms, apparel, and gear, while maintaining an excellent quality standard. Phenom Elite has been found to be much more flexible in terms of customization and pricing in comparison to its larger competitor counterpart brands. Phenom has built a large part of its brand based on its creativity and customization options for all of its products.

The IFL would have the opportunity to provide players of all its member teams first-class uniforms and allow fans access to team-logoed Phenom Elite performance apparel. The IFL would also have exclusive access to additional on-field and off-field apparel options only available through Phenom Elite specifically designed for the Indoor Football League.

Price Point & Customization - Phenom’s starting retail price point is considerably lower than that of its larger competitor counterparts. In addition to this, the customization options Phenom offers are nearly endless.

Quality - All of Phenom’s product lines are manufactured with the championship athlete in mind. Each of Phenom’s product lines were created by former professional and collegiate athletes with developmental feedback from high level on field use.

In 2013, CEO and Founder Nathan Dorton was inspired to break down the process behind the creation of the gloves used by his college football team as a walk-on wide receiver at Appalachian State University. Cut to today, where Phenom Elite, now both a manufacturer and full-service online retailer, truly embodies the name. WHERE WE'VE BEEN

2013 - Phenom Elite® was founded.

2015- Phenom secured its first major Division 1 football team glove deal with the University of Southern Mississippi.

2016 - Phenom became members of the Sports Inc Buying Group which includes over 500 team dealer stores nationwide.

2017 - Announced a collaboration with NFL Hall of Fame Wide Receiver Randy Moss in which we produced a signature line of 'Randy Moss: Straight Touchdown Homie' receiver gloves.

2018 - Became one of the first non-major apparel brands to launch American football cleats in recent history.

2019 - Became the Official Uniform and On-Field Apparel Provider for the Arena Football League. This marks Phenom's first major league sponsorship deal.

2020 - Signed a licensing deal with Warner Media to produce gloves, cleats, and mouth guards featuring DC Comics characters and other licensable Warner Media properties.

2021 - Officially launched the Phenom Universe collection which includes the DC Comics characters The Batman, Superman, The Flash, and The Joker.

2023 - Phenom signed another DTC licensing deal with Activision that grants the rights to produce, gloves, cleats, mouthguards, and sports accessories, all themed around the breakout gaming sensation 'Call of Duty'.

2023 - During the Summer of 2023, Phenom made a remarkable debut by introducing an exciting collaboration with SEGA, featuring officially licensed Sonic the Hedgehog characters showcased on a range of high-quality products including gloves, cleats, and mouthguards.

In 2019 Phenom Elite secured their first major professional sports league deal by being named the Official Uniform and On-Field Apparel Provider of the Arena Football League. We outfitted all six AFL teams in uniforms, gloves, compression wear, performance wear and accessories.

This deal helped us build out the structure for all future league and team sponsorship deals and also allowed us to showcase our product engineering on a larger scale.

The momentum gained from this deal is invaluable and has set our brand up for success for years to come.

This structure allows maximum flexibility for the IFL member teams and with multiple spend packages there will be a package for every team’s budget. Every team is different and we want to make sure we meet each team’s individual needs as best we possibly can.

C L O S I N G LETTER OF INTENT This letter sets forth our agreement and understanding in principal to the essential terms of this partnership between Phenom Elite and the Indoor Football League.

All aspects of this agreement will be held in confidence by both Phenom Elite and the Indoor Football League regardless of the closing of this partnership. The main purpose of this letter is to serve as a description of intent to execute the above-mentioned partnership and is not affected as binding on either side.

Upon execution of this letter an official partnership contract will be developed for signatures to officially initiate this partnership.
