Spring Break Camps

Looking for a full-day camp experience? Register your child for two half-day camps in the same week and artsPlace will provide free care for the lunch hour!

Week 1: April 4 - 8 (5 days)

Clicbitz Graphics Design

Ages 6-8: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Ages 9-13: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. $150 / members $128

Create custom stickers and decals! Develop graphic design skills such as uploading, slicing, cutting, flattening, changing backgrounds that will give you a head-start to be successful with almost any computer design program in the future. This course includes a free custom Clicbitz t-shirt, and 10 custom clicbitz*. *clicbitz are 3-D printed buttons Instructor: Tracey Herriot from Clicbitz Clay Camp - Week 1

Be ceramics savvy! Practice handbuilding pottery and even try out throwing on the wheel. Whether you are an artsPlace clay expert or a novice, we will teach you skills to suit your level of experience. Take both fun weeks of Clay Camp, or just do whichever one best suits your schedule. Finished pieces will be glazed, fired, and available for pickup after a few weeks.

Week 2: April 11 - 14 (4 days)

Clay Camp - Week 2

Ages 6-8: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Ages 9-13: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. $120 / members $102

Enjoy sculpting, pinching, rolling, stamping and building a variety of exciting projects that can be functional as well as fun! Even try your hand at wheel throwing! Take both fun weeks of Clay Camp, or just do whichever one best suits your schedule. Finished pieces will be glazed, fired, and available for pick-up after a few weeks.

Story to Stage Drama Camp

Ages 9-13: 9 am – 12 p.m. Ages 6-8: 1 pm – 4 p.m. $120 / members $102

Explore magical worlds while learning basic acting skills and building confidence and creativity along the way. Work as a team to create a script, then learn lines and be ready to share your performance on the last day of camp. Please note the final performance of this camp will be videoed and shared using a private link with families of the campers.
