Our solution is to provide three levels of apartment: 14-storeys, 9-storeys and 6-storeys so that both the current and the new people that come to the place can adapt to the new way of living easily.
Moreover, the project provide for the surrounding area amenities such as green parks and gardens, markets, communitie houses, health centers, kindergartens,... so that the area’s value can be increased.
The project splits into two parts, the front part is more active with activities, shops, markets and high-rise buildings, which bring a feeling of a modern city. The back part is more private and peaceful with gardens, community house and low buildings, which makes the dwellers feel more like in a suburban area.
The idea of this unit is to give the dwellers the feeling of living in small alleys and row houses by create small private spaces along the first floor of the building and connect to the flower gardens.
